| The thickened oil has high viscosity, large density, but its mobility is poor, all of those characters causes low output ratio. The large-scale oilfields have attached great importance to how to increase the output ratio of thickened oil. This topic is derived from Liaohe Oilfield Special Oil Development Company which is the first company to practice the thickened oil recovery. This topic mainly studies the issues about how to lower the power consumption and mechanical loss for the thickened oil recovery so as to improve the output. This article designs an intelligent measurement and control system of oil well based on ARM, according to the practical production requirement from Liaohe Oilfield. The main work and innovation points are as bellow:On the basis of the on-site researches and communication at the oil field, this article summarizes the requirements of Intelligent oil system, and designs the general plan for it. This system is composed of the remote control center(top computer) and the intelligent measuring and control system on the oil well(bottom computer), both of those components are communicated by the communication module of GPRS. This article expounds emphatically the design works about the intelligent measuring and control system on the oil well. This system is designed based on the ARM processor, using the MODBUS fieldbus technology to control the industrial control equipment, including transducers and watt hour meters. That system also has different functions, such as data collection, GPRS remote control, failure warning and so on. Furthermore, it adopts the fuzzy control algorithm that can automatically estimate the downhole liquid amount and adjust the transducer’s frequency.Based on the functional requirements of that system, this article designs the hardware and software function in details. The detailed designs of hardware include hardware structure, environmental selection of hardware, selection of sensors, and how to choose the working fluid level tester and GPRS module. The detailed designs of software include multi-thread, database, function modules of system and the fuzzy controller with submergence.In accordance with the detailed designs of system, it develops and realizes the multi-thread management module, MODBUS communication module, database module, sensor module, GPRS communication module and other function modules of system.The contents mentioned above had been tested by Liaohe Oilfield Special Oil Development Company, the result indicates that the system can collect some data about oil well after set the time intervals of data acquisition, such as casing pressure, wellhead temperature, ascending and descending current, loading and displacement, etc. All those data are transferred to remote control center by GPRS communication. Besides that, the system also can receive the orders from remote control center, and execute the corresponding operation. When the time intervals of intelligent control are set, the system can automatically measure the working fluid level, calculate the submergence and adjust the oil recovery frequency for oil well. Generally, we make the initial assumption come true, achieving the targets about lowering the power consumption, reducing the mechanical loss and finally improving the output. |
