Aiming at the problem of energy saving and environmental protection transformation of steel mills,which is widely concerned by the steel industry,this thesis takes the project of sintering electrostatic precipitator system transformation of a steel mill in Shandong as the background to carry out environmental protection and energy saving transformation of on-site electrostatic precipitator and supporting equipment.In the project,an Intelligent electrostatic precipitator control system(IPC system for short)was designed to address the problems of large gas concentration changes,unstable control and high energy consumption of electric dust removal equipment.In order to ensure the normal production of steel mills and meet the requirements of pollutant discharge standards,the electrostatic precipitator can realize the stable control of flue gas,and greatly reduce the energy consumption,reduce the production cost,bring huge economic benefits for enterprises.The main research work and achievements of this thesis are mainly composed of the following aspects:(1)Based on the process characteristics,fuzzy control technology and feedback control idea,to analyze the historical data in the field production process,and complete the overall design of IPC system.The system mainly includes the design of the control function of the high and low pressure part of the electrostatic precipitator.In the high voltage part,four control modes including voltage tracking control,current tracking control,spark rate detection control and pulse duty ratio control are designed,which not only realizes stable control of flue gas concentration,but also reduces energy consumption.In the low voltage part,the original traditional vibration system is reformed,and the combination of power off vibration and conventional vibration is introduced to solve the serious problem of pole ash accumulation and reduce the equipment loss.The intelligent control optimization of the original ash transport and discharge system effectively avoids the phenomenon of ash hopper blocking.(2)The upper computer software system is developed.The system can set the user login management function according to the operation permission,which improves the operation security.At the same time,the system can realize real-time monitoring,collection,saving and curve analysis of the running data.According to the experience of on-site workers in the operating room and the knowledge of experts in the industry,the fault diagnosis expert system of electrostatic precipitator is developed to carry on the online analysis and fault diagnosis of the running condition of electrostatic precipitator,and the corresponding treatment methods are given,which provides effective reference information for on-site fault maintenance personnel.(3)Through the field operation data,factors affecting the dust removal efficiency of electrostatic precipitators has carried on the correlation analysis,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.5 as the model input variable factors,using BP neural network on the dust removal efficiency model for training,building dust removal efficiency of forecasting model,effectively solves the problem of electrostatic precipitator dust collection efficiency cannot be directly measured,It provides the basis for the performance evaluation of electrostatic precipitator.IPC system since the normal operation,the IPC system can cope with the changes of various working conditions,maintain a stable state of operation.The dust concentration data recorded by the dust meter and the average daily power consumption of the electrostatic precipitator show that the IPC system has achieved various functional indexes,greatly improved the working condition of the electrostatic precipitator,reduced the 30 percent energy consumption of the precipitator,and promoted the development of energy conservation and environmental protection industry.
