Development Of Simulation Training System For Oil Field Multi-purpose Station

Since the oil field multi-purpose station is complex,the company has strict requireme nts for their workers.But under normal production conditions,operators cannot operate the actual units.Conventional training methods such as text,pictures or simple virtual reality roaming system cannot provide the opportunity for the operators to practice.In view of this situatio n,this paper designed a simulation training system for oil field multi-purpose station based on B/S(Browser/Client)architecture.The units of the oil field multi-purpose station were modeled.Virtual units were developed using OPC Server technology.This paper also designed the simulation training interface and the user management interface.This paper contains the following topics.This paper firstly focus on the feature design,hardware architecture design and software architecture design of the simulation training system.Features such as simulation model realtime computing,simulation freeze,simulation step adjustment,timing zoom,etc.,has been realized.The paper also describes how to make the virtual device program codes into OPC Server software.Students operation interface and teachers operation interface are designed based on SCADA software.The interaction between the SQL database and the real-time database,as well as all the other parts of the software,are analyzed and designed.The units of the oil field multi-purpose station are modeled and simulated using C++ language program.The simulation program is achieved in the form of OPC Server program.Meanwhile,to the need of the training system,many features have also been added,such as time scale setting,simulation process freezing and multithreaded computing.The development of the man-machine interface is based on the SCADA software.With the use of VBA and OPC technology,many features have been realized,such as dynamic realtime database settings,data link configuration,function scripting and web publishing.The paper finally designed a student information and system configure manageme nt interface,which uses SQL,VBA,ADO,VisiconX,etc.,and realized many features such as students login,students information management,and operation recording & reproduction.The development of the whole system was based on B/S architecture.It has the ability that users can access to the system remotely,which lays a good foundation for the multi-purpose station’s training.
