In order to win the initiative in the complex and changeable market competition,small and medium sized enterprises must continue to carry out strategic management,and thus obtain and continue to have competitive advantages.This research takes the M shoes company strategy management as a case,the M company is facing today’s changing business environment,to carry out the business strategy formulation and the strategy implementation to carry on the empirical analysis.Analysis of the current external environment as the strategic basis of the M footwear industry.Using the external environment analysis method and Potter industry competition structure theory,the external environment is analyzed.A favorable external environment,such as women’s shoes market,market body,the international market,making the company accelerated the development opportunities and possible.Adverse external environment,such as foreign enterprises,design technology,industry competition,etc.,to the company to develop a threat.Analysis of the internal environment of the strategic basis of M shoes industry.The internal environment analysis is carried out by using the method of analysis of the internal conditions of the enterprise.Favorable factors of internal environment,such as human resources,market planning,production management,and so on,only through the development of speed can be fully played.The unfavorable factors,such as the coordination of the departments,the information is not timely,the market response is slow,the enterprise’s management system is not perfect,the brand strategy is not clear,the capital operation is short,the cost is not clear,the ability of independent innovation is weak,the market development ability is weak.At present,the strategy of the company’s management of M shoe company is put forward.The use of advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats(SWOT)matrix technology analysis,M company’s business strategy to put forward constructive suggestions.Through the selection of the company’s overall strategy,the development of a direct business strategy,and a strategic move,to some extent,enhance the core competitiveness of M company.Finally,according to the actual situation of M shoes company,from the brand system,sales terminals,product development,information systems,personnel training and other aspects,the proposed business strategy implementation of policy recommendations and safeguard measures.From the strategic formulation,strategic implementation,strategic evaluation and other aspects of the M footwear company’s strategic management research,which is crucial for enhancing the company’s sustained competitive advantage,the company’s long-term goals.
