Reconstituted tobacco sensory quality,main stream smoke properties,the content of CO,tar and other harmful substances in main stream smoke were affected by the chemical properties of reconstituted tobacco pulp.This paper studied chemical properties of reconstituted tobacco pulp,the purpose is that,controlling properties of tobacco pulp,improving the quality of reconstituted tobacco.This paper studied different sample’s chemical properties of reconstituted tobacco from domestic and foreign.The results showed that,there is shortcoming in domestic technological.Tobacco pulp was treated again by different ratio of H2O-C2H5OH mixed solvent.It is better than the quality of the product sample before treatment.The tobacco stem treatment experiment established a relationship between test time and content of nitrate.It provides a reference for the subsequent process improvement and product upgrades.This paper analyzed the influence of different fillers and additives on retention of paper-process reconstituted tobacco by experiment.The results showed that,it has obvious differences between different fillers and additives on the retention.Different additives reconstituted tobacco quantitative change trend is different,different fillers reconstituted tobacco have different ash content.In this paper,different granularity of calcium carbonate was measured,and the influence of different granularity on retention of paper-process reconstituted tobacco was analyzed by experiment.The results showed that,the larger the granularity of calcium carbonate,the higher the reconstituted tobacco ash content.The smaller the relative surface area of calcium carbonate,the higher the paper-process reconstituted tobacco ash content.Tar,CO and total particulate matter content of test sample with calcium carbonate cigarette lower than test sample without calcium carbonate cigarette.Compared with the traditional way,the new way of cationic added not only can improve the retention of reconstituted tobacco,but also can reduce the degree of reduction of tensile strength and folding strength.This paper analyzed the influence of DM and CP on mainstream smoke by the experiment.The results showed that,the CP and DM will reduce the content of harmful components in mainstream smoke,especially carbon monoxide.CP and DM can affect the ash content of paper-process reconstituted tobacco,will reduce the ash content.This paper tried to extract the protein from tobacco slurry test.The results showed that,soluble tobacco protein can be extracted from the tobacco slurry.The best process parameter is that,when the pH is 3.5,were acid extraction,when the pH is 8.0,were alkali precipitation.The influence of different tobacco pulp concentration and fiber fines on retention of paper-process reconstituted tobacco in wet end chemistry was analyzed in this paper.The influence of different concentration of CP,cationic starch,CGG,aluminum sulfate and others on electric charge characteristics of tobacco pulp were studied in this paper.The results show that,the Zeta potential was changed regularly by concentration of tobacco pulp and fines content,the quadratic function of Zeta potential and tobacco pulp concentration is y=0.0518x~2+0.0089x-15.25,R~2 =0.9696;CP and DM change the Zeta potential,there is a great maxima in the parabolic trend,the quadratic function of Zeta potential and CP is y=-0.6982x~2+5.0561x-22.39,R~2=0.9868;cationic starch influences Zeta potential obviously,if excessive dosage,the paper was fractured;while the CGG consumption was increased from 0%to 0.18%,Zeta potential was increased by 35.12%;while the aluminum sulfate consumption was increased from 0%to 0.014%,Zeta potential was increased by 2.8%,it’s not obvious. |
