Restructuring tobacco, as a kind of material, which reduces not only the tarof low tobacco and the emission of noxious gas, but also brings the economic benefits,is applied into the cigarette products with a larger proportion.So far, in terms of the chemical components of restructuring tobacco, the amountof pectin and lignin is too much, which will produce a lot of mixed gas after combustion.In terms of physical structure, bulk is low and fill value is small, which influence theeffect of reducing tar and pollution, especially the release of CO. Also, the sensoryquality of the restructuring tobacco depends on extract and several flavors additives.The low spreading rate of the extract,volatilization of the flavors additives anderratically releasing of the spice gas when it burning, which affect the sensory quality.Due to these factors, there is a huge gap between the quality of restructuring tobaccoand raw tobacco. Therefore, these factors limit the amount of restructuring tobacco incigarettes. Currently, the content of restructuring tobacco in cigarette is about10%-25%.In order to make quality of the restructuring tobacco closer to the raw tobacco,thisarticle firstly pretreated the stem material with alkaline ammonium, on this basis, thenadd wad and PVA-tobacco coating solution, which optimizing physical and chemicalproperties of recombinant tobacco, improving the spreading rate of the extract andfinally enhancing the quality of restructuring tobacco.Experiment makes a pretreatment of cigarettes of peduncle by CON2H4-Ca (OH)2.On one hand, it degrades the polymer material (lignin and hemicelluloses, etc.) infiber and macromolecular material (pectin, protein, etc.) effectively, then reduce therelease amount of mixed gas produced by pectin and lignin after thermal cracking; onthe other hand, it is easier for stalk fiber to delivering in the subsequent beatingprocess, which reduces the fiber mechanical damage, enhance the flexibility of fiberitself and increase the permeability of substrate and restructuring tobacco. Then, a betterphysical combustion environment is provided for restructuring tobacco. Whenprocessing condition is below: the amount of CO(NH2)2is3%, the amount of KOH is 2%, processing temperature is25℃and the processing time is0.5h, tensile indexchanged little and the thickness increases about12%than the original. Smoking byprofessionals, the quality of restructuring tobacco which pretreated with alkalineammonium has greatly improved.Calcium carbonate is added into the restructuring tobacco which pretreated withalkaline ammonium, retention of calcium carbonate increased by6%. When Chitosan isadded into the restructuring tobacco as retention aid, retention of calcium carbonate hasa further promotion. In terms of the composite economic results and effect promoting,when the adding amount of calcium carbonate is10%, and the adding amount ofchatoyant is0.02%, spreading rate will increase about18%.Research the influence factor of Peduncle fluff pulp made by the way of Chemicalmachinery. For the filling power of Peduncle fluff pulp, Primary and secondary relationsof influence factor is the moisture content, feed rate and Disc grinding clearance oftobacco stem. The best craft condition is that, the moisture content of steamed peduncleis10%, Disc grinding clearance is0.7mm and the feed rate is400r/s.Use PVA as shell membranes to produce Coating liquid microcapsule, then mix themicrocapsule and untreated coating liquid with the proportion of1to3, which is coatedon the restructuring tobacco. The experiment shows that stability of Microcapsule isgood, and spreading rate is greatly increased. Professional people figure out productsadded Coating liquid microcapsule have low mixed gas, longer time for retain fragranceand low irritation. The final score can be increased by2.49.When Plaster tiny fiber is added into plant fibre as a kind of mineral fibre toproduce paper products and the amount is10%, Physical properties is appropriate.
