| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "the green transformation of the development mode must be accelerated,and the formation of green and low-carbon production methods and lifestyles must be promoted." The mining industry is an important resource security guarantee and support industry in my country.The long-term extensive development and inefficient use of resources not only waste mineral resources,but also severely damage the ecological environment of mining areas.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the establishment of a green production system and management system for mining enterprises,handle the relationship between mineral resource development and the environment,and promote green and low-carbon production.This paper takes Bayan Obo Mine as an example,quantitatively calculates the environmental impact of its beneficiation process,and conducts relevant research on key beneficiation production stages and main environmental impact types,which has certain reference significance for green and low-carbon production of mining enterprises.First of all,this thesis uses the life cycle assessment(LCA)method to carry out an environmental impact assessment of the Bayan Obo Mine beneficiation "from the cradle to the gate".With the help of Sima Pro software,it quantifies the environmental impact of1 ton of iron concentrate and rare earth concentrate,and identifies These two kinds of concentrates are the main production stages that produce resources and environmental loads.The research shows that the main environmental impacts of iron ore concentrates and rare earth concentrates in Bayan Obo Mine are: carcinogenicity to human health,ecotoxicity,eutrophication and non-carcinogenicity to human health.The resource and environmental load in the whole beneficiation process of iron concentrate mainly comes from the stages of grinding,strong magnetic roughing and iron reverse flotation;the resource and environmental load in the whole beneficiation process of rare earth concentrate mainly comes from ore grinding,strong magnetic roughing,Selection and rare earth selection stage.Secondly,based on the results of life cycle assessment,the key pollution stages and main environmental impact types of the Bayan Obo mineral processing process are used as the entry point for green production,and the carbon emission problem is analyzed.According to the life cycle interpretation results and considering the actual situation,corresponding clean production measures are put forward for different key stages,including the introduction of high-efficiency energy-saving equipment,improvement of ore utilization rate,adoption of clean energy,recycling of mineral processing wastewater,etc.,and proposes to improve the energy structure,promote Energy conservation and emission reduction,improvement of carbon sink capacity,and improvement of comprehensive utilization rate are used to reduce the carbon emission of Bayan Obo Mine and form the final green production plan.Finally,the environmental benefit analysis of the effect of the green production plan shows that the green production plan has greatly improved the environmental impact brought about by ore dressing,which is helpful to promote the green and low-carbon production of Bayan Obo Mine. |
