Research On Planning Strategy Of Taiyuan Community Life Circle Based On GIS

With the further acceleration of urbanization process,China has entered the stage of high-quality economic development.People have put forward higher requirements for a better life,urban construction has shifted from incremental development to stock renewal,residents’ needs have become more diversified,and it has become urgent to improve livelihood issues such as education,employment,medical care,pension and housing security.In terms of community scale,the implementation of "Standard for urban residential area planning and design" shows that the residential district planning has changed from the top-down resource allocation to the demand-oriented.On the other hand,under the guidance of the spirit of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi’s important speech on inspecting Shanxi,Taiyuan has embarked on a new journey of building a "civilized,open,rich and beautiful Taiyuan".How to improve residents’ sense of happiness and urban competitiveness has become an important issue.It is urgent to evaluate the current situation of Taiyuan’s community life circle construction,so as to better promote the equalization of basic public services.Community life circle is a hot topic in recent years.More and more scholars begin to pay attention to the uneven spatial distribution of supporting facilities caused by the differentiation of urban residential space.However,the construction of community life circle is still in the exploratory stage,and the construction of evaluation system is not mature.Therefore,under the guidance of new residential planning and design standards,based on Arc GIS platform,this paper focuses on POI interest points Based on big data,this paper establishes indicators and weights corresponding to different levels of life circle,and takes Taiyuan City as the research object,delimits the research scope in the central urban area,makes a comprehensive evaluation of community life circle,and probes into the optimization strategies of community life circle.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper studies and analyzes the community life circle and related theories,summarizes and sorts out related documents such as the national policies,norms and standards,relevant literature achievements,scholar interviews,urban life circle planning construction documents,and deeply analyzes the connotation,necessity,characteristics,significance and other contents of the community life circle,so as to understand the development trend of the community life circle.(2)The evaluation system of community life circle is established,and the indicators of community life circle are divided into seven categories: commercial services,public management services,leisure facilities,pension facilities,medical and health facilities and transportation facilities.The basic indicators and promotion indicators are set respectively,corresponding to different levels of community life circle,and the index weight is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process.(3)Taking Taiyuan City as an example,this paper analyzes the spatial layout of supporting facilities,discusses the influencing factors of the current characteristics,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of coverage and convenience.Based on the evaluation results,this paper discusses the existing problems of supporting facilities,and puts forward optimization strategies.Through the research on the evaluation and planning strategy of Taiyuan community life circle,this paper explores new ideas and methods for the evaluation of public service facilities,further enriches the theoretical system of related research,finds the shortcomings and deficiencies of current facilities allocation through empirical research,and provides basis and reference for the future community life circle construction and related planning.
