The consumption of resources and the deteriorating environment make green ecology more and more important,and gradually become the theme of the times.The development of healthy buildings also requires more emphasis on user experience.The urban wind environment is an important part of the outdoor microclimate of the building.Studying the factors that affect the comfort of the building's wind environment can provide designers with a reference and evaluation basis in the planning and design stage,timely adjust the layout mode,and optimize the outdoor wind environment so that to achieve the development goals of green,low-carbon,and energy saving.The thesis first sorted out the relevant research results of the urban wind environment at home and abroad and determined that the research content of this paper is the impact of the enclosed office building layout on the wind environment in Hangzhou.The CFD numerical simulation technology was used to quantify the layout factors that affect the outdoor wind environment and improve the relevant evaluation system.Then,this article discusses the influence factors of the building's outdoor wind environment and introduces the causes and characteristics of wind,wind environment evaluation standards,and wind environment research methods in detail.The factors influencing the outdoor wind environment of the building are introduced from two aspects of meteorological parameters and building form parameters,and the optimization methods of the building wind environment are summarized.Subsequently,the spatial form of the enclosed office buildings in Hangzhou was analyzed,including the geographical and climatic characteristics of Hangzhou,the evolution of office buildings,and seven case studies of enclosed office buildings.The seven cases are Meidu Plaza,Hangzhou Cloud Computing Industrial Park,Hangzhou Xintiandi International Trade Town,Inventronics Industrial Park,Huawei Hangzhou R&D Center,Alibaba B2B Park 2 and NetEase(Hangzhou)Building.Its spatial characteristics are introduced in the aspects of layout,individual layout,building orientation,opening position,courtyard shape,and space shape.The factors that affect the wind environment of enclosed office buildings can be divided into two types:planar layout and spatial form.Among them,the planar layout includes the number of openings,the size of the openings,and the orientation of the openings,and the spatial forms include the overhead ratio,the sky-view factor,and the porosityFinally,through CFD numerical simulation and control variable method,the six types of influencing factors are simulated and analyzed,and the correlation between the influencing factors and the wind speed ratio is obtained,to obtain quantitative research results.It was found that they all have a certain function relationship with the average wind speed ratio of the enclosed space,which can reflect the changing trend of natural ventilation performance from the side.In actual design,it can provide a reference for the wind environment impact mechanism of the above six parameters.
