Due to improper application of fertilizers and long-term continuous cropping,the degree of acidification of tobacco soils is increasing and the quality and availability of tobacco leaves are reduced.Therefore,improving tobacco soil is of great significance for the sustainable development of tobacco leaves.In this experiment,acid fume soil was used as the object,and four soil amendments,such as calcium cyanamide,biochar,microbial fertilizer and cake fertilizer,were used to form a treatment group with eight treatment groups through different methods of application and local conventional fertilization programs.To evaluate the effects of improvers on tobacco soil and tobacco leaf quality,the main findings are as follows:(1)Different amendments have significant effects on soil nutrient,soil enzyme activity and soil acidity index.Application of biochar(T2),calcium cyanamide + "cake fertilizer +microbial fertilizer" mixed application(T5),calcium cyanamide + biochar + "cake fertilizer+ microbial fertilizer"(T7)mixed application can significantly improve soil organic matter content The treatment effect of calcium cyanamide + biochar + "cake fertilizer + microbial fertilizer"(T7)was the best.The organic matter increased by 1.4 g/kg and 2.8 g/kg at 25,50 and 75 days after transplanting.4.5g/kg,the increase rate is 3.8%,7.7%,12.6% respectively;the mixed application of calcium cyanamide + biochar + "cake fertilizer and microbial fertilizer"(T7)can significantly increase soil alkaline nitrogen,available potassium,available phosphorus Compared with the control group,the content increased by 23.3g/kg,630.8g/kg and 32.2g/kg 50 days after transplanting,respectively,with an increase of 14.4%,142.6% and 62.6%,respectively.After 75 days of transplanting,the increase was only 6.3%,108.4%,and 33.8% compared with the control group;different modifier treatments could increase soil p H,and increase soil urease,neutral phosphatase,and invertase.active.(2)Different amendments have an effect on the development of flue-cured tobacco.However,the difference in growth of flue-cured tobacco is mainly concentrated in the early stage of flue-cured tobacco growth,and it has the effect of inhibition and inhibition.The main effect is inhibition.However,the difference in pitch,number of leaves and maximum leaf area between the treatments and the control treatment in the late growth stage of flue-cured tobacco is not significant.The plant height was slightly affected,and the plant height of each treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control treatment except for “cake fertilizer + microbial fertilizer”(T3),and the effect of each improver treatment on the stem circumference of flue-cured tobacco was small.(3)Different modifier treatments can improve the physical properties of tobacco leaves and coordinate chemical composition.The modifier treatment can increase the physical property index of the middle and upper leaves by 2.18%-3.16% and 0.05%-3.6%,respectively.The physical property index of the improvement agent in the middle leaves is significantly higher than that of the control,and the T7 effect is the best,with an increase of3.16%.The treatment agent in the upper leaves only treated with calcium cyanamide +biochar(T4),calcium cyanamide + biochar + "cake fertilizer + microbial fertilizer"(T7)was significantly better than the control treatment,with the best T7 effect,the increase was 3.6%.The improvement agent treatment can increase the chemical composition availability index of middle and upper tobacco leaves by 2.37%?9.16% and 7.22%?14.23%.The treatment effect of T7 is the most significant in the middle leaves,with an increase of 9.16%.The best effect is to treat T3 in the upper leaves.The increase was 14.23%.The effect of different amendments on the growth and quality of tobacco-growing soil and flue-cured tobacco was the best.The application of calcium cyanamide + biochar + "cake fertilizer + microbial fertilizer"(T7)was the best.
