Research On Commissioning Management System Of Marine Engineering Equipment

With the rapid development of modern information technology,the state issued "Made in China 2025" and "14th Five-Year Plan" for the development of intelligent manufacturing according to the development needs of the manufacturing industry,and the realization of digitalization,informatization and intelligence of offshore equipment manufacturing industry has become the main goal of the future development of China’s offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry.Commissioning as an important link in the process of offshore equipment manufacturing,the level of informationization has a larger gap than the target,the existing ship project management system can not meet the needs of offshore equipment commissioning business,and the professional commissioning management system brought by the shipowner can not be used for a long time,so it is of great practical significance to design and develop an information management system that meets the needs of domestic offshore equipment commissioning business.In order to change the situation that the informationization level of the commissioning management of offshore equipment is insufficient,this thesis starts from the study of the current situation of the commissioning management of offshore equipment,analyzes the demand of the commissioning informationization management of offshore equipment,combines information technology,builds the commissioning information management system of offshore equipment,and provides the design scheme of the commissioning management system of offshore equipment,and improves the informationization level of the commissioning management of offshore equipment through the application of the system.The main research contents and results of this thesis are as follows:(1)The content of marine engineering equipment commissioning is sorted out,the characteristics of marine engineering equipment commissioning and the composition of management organization are analyzed,the existing problems of marine engineering equipment commissioning management are put forward,and the possibility of solving commissioning management problems through modern information technology is discussed.(2)The analysis of the commissioning data informatization,process informatization and schedule management informatization of marine engineering equipment,and the construction of the commissioning informatization management system of marine engineering equipment through the informatization management system.(3)The functional requirements and user roles of the commissioning management system of marine engineering equipment are analyzed,and the overall design,functional module design and database design scheme of the commissioning management system of marine engineering equipment are proposed in combination with the system design principles and design ideas.(4)By designing the implementation plan of the commissioning management system for offshore equipment,the system running environment is deployed and configured,the system is put on line and applied,and the application effect of the system is analyzed.The application of the system standardizes the commissioning data information,optimizes the commissioning progress management,replaces the thesis application form approval process,and realizes the real-time tracking of commissioning opinions and information sharing.
