City three-dimensional integrated modeling is an important foundation for smart city construction.Community is the "cell" of a city,the basic unit of urban grid management,and the smallest unit to create a modern urban governance system.For large-scale geographic data updating and production,traditional methods consume much more manpower and time resources.This paper combs and integrates the technical route of the whole process,and proposes a technical method to quickly build the basic geographic information framework of smart community.The whole technical process includes:largescale slant photography data updating,slant photography batch monomeric modeling,model multisource address database matching and 3D geographic information visualization.The specific research contents of this paper include:(1)Remote sensing image change recognition and oblique photography update method based on siamese neural network.To solve the problem of complex change area recognition in dual temporal remote sensing images,STANet is applied to image change detection within the research area.The vector data space superposition method is used to quickly generate labeled samples in batches,and the application effect of neural networks under existing remote sensing image resolutions and datasets is verified to improve the recognition efficiency of large-scale change areas,and tilt photography within the identified change areas is updated.(2)Monomer modeling method of intelligent community oblique photography model.In order to solve the problem of complex operations in the hierarchical and household based discretization of super high-rise residential areas,a dynamic discretization method that can generate vector polyhedral models in batches is adopted for super high-rise residential areas;In order to solve the problem of debris accumulation and poor landscape around rural houses,a single technology route of model reconstruction is adopted for "urban villages".(3)Building method of multi-source address data pool for monomer model of intelligent community.In order to solve the problem of data fusion and connection of multi-source data related to smart community management on the monomer model,the standard address is used as the"intermediary",and the address verification results based on address resolution are used to match the multi-source address,so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of address matching.(4)Intelligent community multi-source data fusion 3D visualization platform.In order to meet the three-dimensional visualization management needs of the smart community,the address codes of various departments in the multi-source address data are used as the interface to realize the integration of multisource management data,and a three-dimensional visualization platform based on B/S architecture is built based on cesium earth engine.
