With the introduction and rapid development of the Internet of Things, cloud computing, virtual reality technology, urban development has gone through urban informatization, urban digitization into the city of Wisdom stage. In 2008, the IBM Company first proposed the concept of smart city, 2013, China's Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development published the list of 90 pilot cities. Smart City is the continuation of early urban informatization, digitization, but more emphasis on integration, sharing and service of total factor information, more emphasis on the current trend and comprehensiveness of information, also more test the degree of integration of information. Currently, with the convenient data acquisition mode, high degree of automation in modeling, etc., Oblique aerial photography technology has become the primary means to acquire 3D city data. However, the True three-dimensional model based on the Oblique aerial photography technology is missing the information inside the building, and stopping the application step outside the building. As a new technology emerged in recent years, BIM based on three-dimensional digital technology, integrated all the information of the building life cycle, put model as the carrier, carrying all the information dynamically changing in the building life cycle, and provided the base data for the use of smart city construction in a variety of applications. But BIM technology application in China is still in the promotion stage, used seldom.Facing with a large number of multivariate data in the construction of smart city, whether we can fuse the multivariate data, provide more comprehensive base data for the construction of smart city, and then further use in various industries, which is a research of smart urban construction currently. Based on the study of the theoretical basis about two techniques, this paper will create the two models in the study area, and achieve the integration of the two models. This paper's main research is as follows:(1)Through the expounding of the basic principle of the oblique aerial photography technology, this paper summarizes the key technologies of building a real 3D model based on the oblique aerial photogrammetric technology.(2)This article combines with the various views to presentation the concept, application, software, and the concept of value of BIM, and mainly analyzed the information exchange standard of BIM technology.(3)In this paper, by using Dajiang's S1000 eight axes aerial aircraft with SONY DSC-RX1 R camera, obtained tilted image data of study area, after the data preprocessing, automatic aerial triangulation, generating DSM data with more visual image matching method, texture automatic matching and model editing, completed the true 3D model of study area.(4)Selected the test area within the study area to create BIM architectural design model, introduced the use of BIM technology in architectural design stage in detail by the way of case study, and elaborated on the issue and reflections encountered during the process of modeling.(5)After modeling, studied format and conversion mechanism of two models, and achieved the integration of the two models. In this paper, several applications were elaborated which based on the integration of the two models: true three-dimensional visualization, integration of indoor and outdoor, and space analysis.
