The development of Surveying and mapping industry largely depends on the emergence of new equipment and new methods.Tilt photography,as a new technical means, promotes the wider application of aerial survey. How to reduce the aerial survey cost and improve the production efficiency has always been the research focus. In this paper, the basic principle and algorithm of tilt photography are discussed, and three aerial survey software Pix4 D Mapper,Agisoft Photo Scan and Context Capture Master are briefly introduced. The aerial survey flight is carried out in the gymnasium of North China University of technology. At the same time, the photos and video data of the ground floor of the gymnasium are taken by Xiaomi 6 smart phone and Sony xr-500 camera.Through the analysis and verification of the experimental data, this paper uses the modeling method of combining Agisoft Photo Scan and Context Capture Master to improve the passing rate and modeling efficiency of space three. After repeated experiments,it is concluded that 3D modeling can meet the requirements only by photographing in two directions. In order to solve the problem of image control point selection, the method of global control first and then local selection is proposed. When ground data is used to assist the three-dimensional modeling of oblique photography, the key principles of simultaneous interpreting the data of different sensors and three results are obtained through repeated experiments.By comparing the 3D model with ordinary camera data and the 3D model without ordinary camera data,it is concluded that adding ground photos can improve the quality of the perigee model, but it has no effect on the overall model accuracy. The feasibility of 3D modeling by taking a few photos on the ground is verified by experiments, which provides a new idea for elevation measurement. Therefore, applying the ground data of ordinary camera to aerial survey production has certain practical value for the development of aerial survey.Figure 61;Table 5;Reference 77...
