| With the boost of Internet technology,the amount of social network platforms and users have emerged sharply,which has transformed the spread of public opinion from a single network to the coupled network,expanded the channels of propagation.It has also enhanced the influence of information,and brought new development opportunities to the network digital economy.Meanwhile,once negative public opinion is spread on a large scale on social networks,it will cause serious adverse effects on society,which also brings new challenges to the supervision.Therefore,building a realistic social network public opinion propagation model and studying the rules of spread on social networks will help administration departments deal with complex and sensitive public opinions,strengthen network management,and are important for ensuring network security and social stability.This paper focuses on the propagation and control measures of public opinion in social networks,uses methods such as social network analysis and complex network transmission dynamics modeling to carry out research on the coupling social network public opinion communication model.By establishing a social network public opinion propagation model,we analyzed the influence of single-layer and coupling social networks on public opinion,explored the rules of public opinion propagation in social networks,and proposed agile and effective public opinion control strategies.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Proposed a single-layer social network public opinion communication model based on DR-SCIR.Given the possibility that immune users retransmit the information,a social strengthening effect strategy that can describe the different attributes of public opinion has been formulated,considered social factors such as the intervention strength of relevant departments,information credibility and intervention time,a public opinion communication control strategy based on direct immunity has been proposed,and considered the fluctuation of the number of social network users,the concepts of user addition rate and offline rate are introduced.Given the above factors,a single-layer social network public opinion propagation model based on DR-SCIR is established,and we obtained the boundary conditions for the spread of public opinion by analyzing the balance point and basic reproduction number of the model.The simulation results show that when R0﹤1,public opinion will gradually disappear after a period of time,and when R0﹥1,public opinion will continue to spread on the network.The social reinforcement effect can promote the spread of positive public opinion and inhibit the spread of negative public opinion,and the intensity of intervention,information credibility and intervention time can effectively control the spread of public opinion in social networks.(2)Proposed a two-layer coupled social network public opinion propagation model based on DR-SCIR.Aiming at the situation of user overlap in different social networks and the information spread between networks,the method of strong coupling between layers based on LBRank was designed,and the public opinion propagation model based on two-layer coupling social network was constructed.We analyzed the characteristics of dissemination in the two-layer coupled social network,and found that increasing the probability of inter-layer communicationPab can promote the spread in coupled networks,which means that users’interaction between networks accelerates the flow of information.Direct immunity can effectively inhibit the spread of public opinion,and increasing the coupling rateδ can further improve its control effect. |
