With the development of society,the communication between people is closer and more complex,and all kinds of new information are spreading more and more rapidly among individuals.In real life,many interpersonal relationships can be analyzed through the interaction modeling of individuals on social networks.Through the theoretical study of the evolution process of various evolutionary dynamic models on social networks,people can more accurately describe and understand the complex social relations and phenomena in various social systems in real life.For example,the formation of public opinion events and the diffusion of event information in social networks,the choice of cooperation and betrayal between selfish individuals,the mutual transmission and influence of individual views on events and the widespread synchronization phenomenon in nature.As an important research direction in the field of game theory,evolutionary game dynamics focuses on explaining that human is an individual driven by interests when describing social relations.It fits human's social nature from the perspective of economics,so it has received a very extensive attention.In this paper,we mainly study and build a collaborative evolution model of public opinion information and views based on dynamic evolutionary game on social networks.From the perspective of evolutionary game theory,on the one hand,as a rational person,human beings have the instinct of "seeking benefits and avoiding harms",and will seek greater economic benefits for themselves in the interaction of game with other individuals.On the other hand,as a limited rational person,people have moral constraints on themselves.They hope to "seek common ground while reserving differences" with the group,and they will consider the coexistence of their own economic interests and the resolution of conflicts with other people's interests at the same time.So the main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the interactive model of repeated prisoner's dilemma game and the existing research results,an evolutionary game model with variable link weight among individuals is established,which verifies that the increase of link weight can promote the cooperation in the process of public opinion communication,and then make some improvements;(2)Introduce the information infiltration mechanism and construct a incentive mechanism in the improved model.When the information of social events is infiltrated into the social network at different rates,the information infiltration mechanism promotes the cooperative behavior and influences the information diffusion process.It is found that the slower the information penetration rate is,the more obvious the promotion effect is on the emergence of cooperative behavior in social networks,and the more discrete the distribution of event information in social networks;(3)Introduce the coupling mechanism of behavior and viewpoint and construct a punishment mechanism in the improved model,and study the influence of group viewpoint on behavior and viewpoint evolution.The results show that the coupling mechanism of behavior and opinion can effectively inhibit the free riding behavior in groups and help the information penetration mechanism to promote the emergence of cooperative behavior in social networks;(4)Analyze the evolution of cooperative behavior under the joint action of the two mechanisms.The results show that the evolutionary game under the joint action can be more stable and quickly reach the full cooperation steady state.In the above research work,information infiltration mechanism is introduced to combine individual behavior with public opinion events,and the influence of event characteristics on group evolution is concerned.The coupling mechanism of individual behavior and viewpoint is introduced to show the influence of individual complex psychology on group evolution.The introduction of both mechanisms adds practical significance to the existing research.
