| Entering the web 2.0 era, online social networks have gradually become an important platform for group opinion expression. It is of practical significance to study the opinion evolution of social networks.Considering the opinion evolution model of online and offline double-layer coupled networks, analyzing the difference in nature and opinion evolution mechanism between the two types of networks can help provide scientific basis for early warning and intervention of public opinion at the macro level.Analyzing user interaction behaviors and their characteristics and constructing the corresponding opinion evolution model can explore the opinion evolution mechanism of social networks at the micro level and provide solid theoretical support for guiding public opinion.By analyzing the characteristics of online and offline social networks, this study constructs a corresponding continuous opinion evolution model to study the opinion evolution of groups in different scenarios, and analyzes the effectiveness and role mechanisms of opinion participants such as government, media and expert groups in guiding public opinion, respectively.First, this paper analyzes the evolutionary characteristics of opinion interaction and association strength among individuals and proposes a continuous opinion evolution model based on entitled networks with edge power. The results of the analytical simulation experiments show that a higher degree of trust is conducive to the stability of group relations and the convergence of opinions;meanwhile, government and expert groups have distinctly different characteristics in guiding public opinion.Second, this paper considers the role of information volume and group pressure to study the leading role of opinion leaders in public opinion. The opinion change cost function is used as the main rule when public actors interact with each other in their opinions, while the wide spread range mechanism is introduced to study the opinion leading effect of opinion leaders.Simulation experiments show that the opaque imperfection of information makes the convergence of group opinions slow and vice versa. The widespread dissemination of opinions is more conducive to public opinion guidance. After that, this paper constructs a coupled social network model based on certain coupling principles.Based on the corresponding network and inter-layer opinion propagation characteristics,a corresponding opinion evolution model is established to simulate the evolution of group opinions and the effect of media nodes on public opinion guidance in different situations.A comparative analysis reveals that the efficiency of media guidance differs in different scenarios, and the offline network has a more significant effect on media guidance in some cases. Finally, this paper considers the dynamic characteristics of social networks, builds a node-driven mechanism of social network time-varying based on the individual participation activity of public opinion, constructs a corresponding two-layer coupled social network and opinion evolution model, and explores the influence of multiple variables on the effect of public opinion guidance.By varying different parameters of opinion evolution,it is found that the more in the early stage of public opinion, the more easily group opinions are guided, etc. |
