Study On Environmental Performance Audit Of Water Pollution Prevention And Control In The Nearshore Waters Of Beibu Gulf,Guangxi

Protecting the natural ecological environment is an important measure to promote the community of life between man and nature and to continuously and thoroughly fight the battle to defend the blue sky,clear water and Pure Land.Environmental Performance Audit of Water Pollution Prevention and control is an important part of socialist ecological civilization system with Chinese characteristics and modern green development system.Promoting water eco-environment development through auditing is related to people’s well-being and ecological green sustainable development.Based on this,the purpose of this thesis is to study the environmental performance audit of Water Pollution Prevention and control in coastal waters from the perspective of public management,based on the theory of environmental governance and Environmental Performance Audit,this paper analyzes the present situation of environmental performance audit of Water Pollution Prevention and control in coastal waters,in order to strengthen all-round,all-regional,the whole process of water eco-environmental protection.This Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is based on a study conducted by the office of the National Audit of the People’s Republic of China on environmental performance audits of Water Pollution Prevention and control in Gulf of Tonkin’s coastal waters,through the analysis of the purpose,basis,Method and audit rectification,based on the SFIC model,the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the Audit Office’s performance audit on water pollution prevention and control in “Bei fang qin” and the analysis of the problems,based on the present situation of the aquatic ecological environment in the coastal waters of Gulf of Tonkin,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
