Research On The Model And System Dynamics Simulation Of Mine Ecological Industrial Park In Semi-arid Region

Mining is the fundamental industry of the national economy and plays an important role in China’s national economy.However,under the current requirements of creating green mines and sustainable development,the development of China’s mining industry still faces problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,severe ecological environment damage,low resource utilization efficiency,insignificant energy-saving and emission reduction effects,and low intensification of land use for mining area restoration,which greatly restricts the development of mining industry,The development of China’s mining industry urgently needs a new development model to promote the transformation of green mining,achieving the goal of efficient and sustainable utilization that takes into account economic,environmental,social benefits,and land resources restoration in mining areas.As a new organizational model of green development concept in the industrial field,Eco Industrial Park emphasizes more on green,low-carbon and circular development model,which can organically combine economic growth and environmental protection,improve the quality of economic growth,and achieve green development drive.There have been a large number of successful cases of eco industrial parks at home and abroad.At present,the construction of ecological industrial parks in China is concentrated in the eastern region,and the overall level of ecological industrial park construction in the western region is relatively low.In comparison,the fragile ecological environment in the western semi-arid region requires more attention to protection and restoration.However,there is less research on ecological industrial parks in the western semi-arid region,and there are few explorations of mining ecological industrial parks in the western semi-arid region.How to combine the ecological industrial park model with mining development,build a mining ecological industrial park model in semi-arid areas of China,maximize the economic,environmental,and social comprehensive benefits of mining development in semi-arid areas,and achieve intensive,efficient,and sustainable use of land resources after mining area restoration,is an urgent problem that needs to be studied and solved.Under the above background,this study takes the construction of Daliuta Coal mine ecological industrial park of Shenhua Group as an example to explore the construction mode of mine ecological industrial park in the western semi-arid region.The main achievements are as follows:(1)Based on the ideas of green economy,circular economy,low-carbon economy and sustainable development,this thesis analyzes the ecological environment problems,intensive land use and industrial development problems in Daliuta Coal mine area,and establishes the construction mode of Daliuta Coal mine ecological industrial park according to the relevant requirements of ecological industrial park construction and the regional favorable conditions.Specifically,it includes extending the existing black industrial chain network,constructing the green ecological industrial chain network,fully considering the coupling development of the black industrial chain and the green industrial chain network,designing the complete industrial chain network of Daliuta Coal mine ecological industrial park,and making functional zoning of Daliuta Coal mine ecological industrial park.(2)In order to quantitatively simulate and forecast the future development trend of the mine eco-industrial park built under the eco-industrial park model,based on the principles and methods of system dynamics,the system dynamics model of Daliuta Coal mine eco-industrial park was constructed by using Vensim PLE software,and through the design and simulation of the current and future development models,By comparing and analyzing the differences in economy,environment and population between the industrial park built under the current development mode and the ecoindustrial park mode,it is proved that the eco-industrial park is the ideal mode to realize the green and circular development of coal mine area,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of eco-industrial park in Daliuta Coal mine.It provides reference for guiding the coordinated and healthy development of mining economy,local industry and environment in vulnerable areas.
