Multi-attribute decision making is a method to select the best scheme or to sort the scheme for decision making problem under the condition of considering multiple attributes comprehensively.It is an important component of modern decision science.Due to the complexity of the decision environment,compared with the exact number,it is more reasonable to use fuzzy number to represent the evaluation information.As an extension of fuzzy sets and single-valued neutrosophic sets,single-valued neutrosophic fuzzy sets retain the original form of both,based on four dimensions--membership function,truth,falsity and indeterminacy membership function.It can deal with uncertain and inconsistent information at the same time,making up for the defects of previous neutrosophic set.In order to apply the theory to practice,this paper takes green supplier selection as an example to verify the model.Based on the existing theories,this paper studies the multi-attribute group decisionmaking problem in a single-valued neutrosophic fuzzy environment.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Based on the Hamming distance and Euclidean distance of single-valued neutrosophic fuzzy sets,the generalized distance equation is proposed,and the proof process of its related theorems is given.Finally,it is used in the comparative analysis of the model,effectively expanding the applicable range of the distance measurement.(2)Drawing on the scoring function,accuracy function and certain function of single-valued neutrosophic sets,the correlation function of single-valued neutrosophic fuzzy sets is proposed,and a comparison method of single-valued neutrosophic fuzzy numbers is proposed,which is applied to multi-attribute group decision-making model.(3)Different information aggregation operators have different characteristics.In order to expand the research on single-valued neutrosophic fuzzy sets to the information aggregation field,this paper defines the algebraic aggregation operators and power operator of single-valued neutrosophic fuzzy sets,prove the related properties,and develop the corresponding multi-attribute group decision-making model.(4)In this paper,a new semi-objective method-ITARA method is selected,combined with the VIKOR method,to build a multi-attribute decision-making model of singlevalued neutrosophic fuzzy sets,and apply this model to green supplier selection problem.By changing the parameter values,the robustness of the model is studied,and finally all the proposed group decision models are compared comprehensively to verify their feasibility and effectiveness. |
