With the rise of the "Internet plus" era,collaborative innovation has become the only way for innovation subjects to achieve innovation,mutual benefit,knowledge sharing and so on.Choosing the right university for collaborative innovation can not only give full play to their own capabilities,but also realize resource complementation,for enterprises.In the face of increasingly complex decision environment and the limitation of knowledge level and experience of individual decision maker,it is insufficient for decision makers to give quantitative description for the evaluation of alternative attribute.Therefore,it is necessary to express them with fuzzy numbers,which is more complete for describe the evaluation information.The ambiguity of decision makers' thinking leads to the uncertainty of evaluation information.The membership degree and the non-membership degree cannot fully express the inconsistency and uncertainty information in the evaluation process.According to this,Smarandache proposed the concept of neutrosophic sets.In the existing fuzzy sets theory,the single-valued triangular neutrosophic numbers use the triangular fuzzy numbers to represent the truth-membership degree,the indeterminacy-membership degree,and the falsity-membership degree,respectively.And the indeterminacy-membership degree can fully represent the inconsistency and uncertainty information in the decision making.The single-valued triangular neutrosophic numbers not only make the expression of evaluation information more diversified,but also expand the scope of application of fuzzy sets.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the problem of enterprises choosing the right university for collaborative innovation under the single-valued triangular neutrosophic environment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the normalized Hamming distance of the the single-valued triangular neutrosophic numbers,this paper proposes the normalized Euclidean distance of the single-valued triangular neutrosophic numbers.And on the basis of these two distance formulas,this paper proposes two entropy measures of the single-valued triangular neutrosophic sets,and proves their rationality.(2)The information aggregation operator can effectively aggregate the information of multiple-attribute group decision making,but different operators have different characteristics.For example,the power operator can obtain the corresponding harmonic weight through the support degree of the evaluation value and other evaluation values,assign too small weight to the excessively high evaluation value,and assign too large weight to the excessively low evaluation value,so as to reduce the impact of unreasonable data on the final decision results.Bonferroni mean operator can well capture the correlation between attributes,which is an information integration operator between the minimum and maximum operators.Therefore,this paper defines the power operator?Bonferroni mean operator and power Bonferroni mean operator of the single-valued triangular neutrosophic sets.At the same time,the related properties of the three types of information aggregation operators are proved.(3)The EDAS method does not need to define its positive and negative ideal solutions in the evaluation process.It only needs to solve the positive distance and the negative distance based on the average solution.For solving the attribute weights in positive weighted distance and negative weighted distance,this paper takes the entropy measure to determine the objective weight of the attribute.Based on the EDAS method and entropy measures,this paper proposes those multi-attribute group decision-making models,which are combined with power operator,Bonferroni mean operator and power Bonferroni mean operator respectively.And those models are used for enterprises to select the right universities for collaborative innovation.Finally,by analyzing the influence of parameter changes on the decision results,the multi-attribute group decision models established in this paper are compared with other methods,which verify the rationality and stability.
