[Object]: To clarify the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of land use transformation and ecological service value in Turpan city,and explore the trade-off and synergistic relationship between ecological services,it can be used for the optimization and improvement of ecological service function while rationally planning regional ecological resources.[Methods]: This thesis uses the land use change model and ecological service equivalent method to measure the value of supply,regulation,support and cultural services in Turpan city from 2000 to 2018.Later,using SPSS,MATLAB and Arc GIS software,correlation analysis,hotspot analysis,spatial analysis and other methods were used to explore the regional ecosystem service trade-off and synergistic relationship and the distribution characteristics of hot spots.Finally,cluster analysis was used to identify regional ecosystem service clusters,clarify the cluster characteristics of leading services,and provide suggestions for the optimization and management of ecosystem in Turpan city based on service clusters.[Results]: The main study results are presented as follows:(1)The water area,grassland and unused land in Turpan are decreasing;cultivated land,forest land and construction land are increasing.The transformation of land class is concentrated between grassland and unused land,and between cultivated land,grassland and woodland,and the settlement aggregation in the middle of the region and the changes in the northern mountain are more significant.The total service value is manifested in the fluctuation and decline.In the single service functions,regulation and support services are the main type of service functions,while the second type of services such as hydrological regulation,climate regulation,environment purification and soil maintenance play the main role.From the perspective of space,the service value growth area is mainly the central oasis,while the northern mountainous area shows a decreasing trend due to the melting of glaciers and snow.(2)Regional ecological service function is highly sensitive to the transformation of forest land,water area,cultivated land and grassland,while the transformation of other land types is relatively low.Sensitivity zoning shows that the high,middle and low sensitivity areas of grassland and unused land are the most widely distributed,and the lack of sensitivity areas of water area and unused land are the most widely distributed.(3)The correlation coefficient of four types of ecosystem services and second types of services is greater than 0,showing the synergistic relationship of mutual gain.The synergistic relationship between supply and regulation,culture and supply,regulation and support services and their second class services is the synergistic relationship of fluctuation and decline,and the synergistic relationship between supply,adjustment and support services and their second class services is the synergistic relationship of fluctuation and rise.Among the single hot spots,the supply service hotspots have the highest proportion and the cultural service hotspots have the lowest proportion;among the multiple hotspots,the 0 hotspots have the highest proportion,showing a fluctuation trend,the area of 3 hotspots have the lowest proportion,the spatial change is not obvious,and the distribution of regional hotspots for many years is relatively stable.(4)Regional ecosystem service clusters are divided into 5 categories,The ecological promotion area has the widest distributed range,Service supply capacity is weak;High values of maintenance nutrient circulation,soil maintenance and climate regulation in ecological conservation areas,Strong service supply capacity;The service value of ecologically fragile areas is all around the average level,Service supply capacity is weak;Crop production area,Good farmland integrity,Strong production and nutrient supply capacity;The ecological protection area accounts for the least proportion,The value of biodiversity,purification environment,aesthetic landscape,hydrological regulation and water supply are the maximum value among the five service clusters,The remaining service supply capacity is relatively balanced,Better ecological base,Ecological protection is highly important.[Conclusion]: study found that turpan city ecosystem service value space presents the characteristics of south high north low,more gathered in the central oasis and mountain natural forest area,time service value show the trend of loss,the change of service value and grassland,woodland and water area change,ecosystem services for the synergistic gain relationship reduced year by year.
