Research On Inclusive Finance Boosting The Development Of Blue Ocean Economy In Liaoning Provinc

With the rapid development of the overall economy,the economic production capacity of various resources becomes increasingly important.The contribution of the marine economy to the overall economy is also increasingly prominent.China is also paying increasing attention to the development and progress of marine economy in various regions.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,our province has also placed the development of the marine economy on an important agenda.The development of the marine economy cannot do without the support of funds,and the cost of sufficient funds is an accelerator for the rapid development of the marine economy.Therefore,how inclusive finance can promote the development of the marine economy in Liaoning Province has become an important research topic.Against the backdrop of rapid economic development,this article divides the research on inclusive finance promoting the development of Liaoning’s marine economy into seven parts:The first part elaborates on the domestic and foreign research background and current situation of inclusive finance promoting the development of Liaoning’s marine economy.The second part elaborates on the respective concepts and characteristics of inclusive finance and marine economy from both domestic and foreign perspectives.The third part is the development process of inclusive finance and marine economy,as well as the reasons for the current situation of inclusive finance promoting the development of marine economy in Liaoning Province.Analyze the current situation and identify the main influencing factors,pointing out the following problems in inclusive finance and the development of the marine economy: single financing channels for inclusive finance,lack of relevant institutions supporting inclusive financial institutions to promote the development of the marine economy,lack of innovation in financial products,certain financial exclusion phenomena,serious deficiencies in marine insurance,and imperfect policy systems.The fourth part is to use data related to the marine economy and inclusive finance,and through empirical analysis,construct various models to illustrate the impact of inclusive finance on the development of the marine economy.The fifth part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of inclusive finance in promoting the development of the marine economy in Liaoning Province through SWOT analysis.The sixth part is based on the conclusions drawn from the above model and analysis,as well as excellent domestic and foreign experiences,to propose suggestions for the study of inclusive finance to promote the development of the marine economy in Liaoning Province.Propose suggestions from both the financial industry and the government,including improving efficiency,enhancing financial business capabilities,innovating and improving service quality,managing internal personnel,and increasing marine insurance business;Macroscopic policy guidance from government departments,improvement of relevant institutional systems,regional business connectivity,talent and team development,etc.Starting from the fundamental perspective and combining with the actual situation,provide practical and feasible solutions to promote the rapid development of the marine economy in Liaoning Province.The seventh part draws the overall conclusion of the research on inclusive finance promoting the development of the marine economy in Liaoning Province through full text analysis.
