With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the continuous improvement of the development level of urbanization,the scale of the construction market has a trend of gradual expansion,which also caused a series of resource shortages and environmental pollution problems.Our country has always pursued the concept of green development.Under the background of my country’s unswerving acceleration of green development,promoting the development of green buildings and the market has become an urgent task under the new situation.The development of green buildings is of great significance for saving resources,protecting the environment and transforming the current urban development model.At the same time,our country has also issued a series of policies and regulations to promote the continuous improvement of the green building market.However,due to the high cost,long return period and external economy of green buildings,the scale of green buildings in my country is still small.Therefore,exploring the game relationship among the three stakeholders of the government,green building developers,and consumers in the green building market,and proposing corresponding incentive strategies are crucial to the healthy development of green housing.Aiming at the research problem,this article first discusses the related concepts of green building and related basic theories such as incentive theory and evolutionary game theory involved in the problem research.Secondly,the literature analysis method is used to analyze the factors that affect the development of green buildings,which lays the foundation for the establishment of the evolutionary game model of the green building market and the proposal of incentive strategies below.After that,define the three stakeholders of the government,green building developers,and consumers in the green building market,and explain the game relationship among the three parties.On this basis,by setting the relevant parameters of the three stakeholders,an evolutionary game model including the government,green building developers,and consumers is constructed.On the basis of solving the model,the model is replicated and dynamic analysis is carried out,and the strategy selection of each stakeholder under different conditions is obtained,and the stability analysis of the model is carried out at the same time,and the stable strategy of the model is obtained.Then,through the use of Matlab(2018a)software to perform path simulation analysis on the tripartite evolutionary game model,the influence of different parameter changes on the model evolution strategy is obtained.Finally,from the four aspects of laws and regulations,economy,technology,and market,corresponding incentive measures are proposed based on the analysis results.This paper uses the three-party evolutionary game method to study the three-party game behavior of the government,green building developers,and consumers in the green building market,and proposes targeted incentive strategies for relevant entities in the green building market in China based on the results of the game model analysis.Provide a certain reference value for promoting the development of green buildings in China.
