The construction of livable,suitable for work,and beautiful rural areas has put forward higher requirements for the living environment in rural areas,especially for the indoor thermal comfort of rural residential areas.Nowadays,the ways to improve indoor thermal comfort in rural residential areas include fan cooling,air conditioning cooling,coal stove heating,natural gas wall mounted stove heating,etc.This not only consumes huge energy and increases residents’ economic pressure,but also generates haze and pollutes the environment.Reasonable wind environment optimization design can change the indoor and outdoor thermal comfort of rural residential buildings in a favorable direction,improve air quality,reduce air pollutant concentration,save energy,and reduce carbon emissions.Therefore,optimizing the design of rural residential wind environment has become an indispensable and important part of village planning and rural residential building design,which is worth continuous exploration by researchers and has obvious practical significance.The Dongying area in Shandong belongs to a monsoon climate zone,where the wind direction changes with the seasons,while the dominant wind directions in winter and summer are opposite.The current analysis and research on the impact of materials and forms of enclosure structures on indoor thermal comfort in rural residential areas have been relatively sufficient,but there is less attention paid to the impact of wind environment on indoor thermal comfort.How to utilize the characteristics of wind climate conditions to balance summer ventilation and winter shelter,and create a good rural residential wind environment is an important issue that needs to be considered in village planning and individual building design in Dongying,Shandong.This paper focuses on the influencing factors and optimization design methods of rural residential wind environment in Dongying District,Shandong Province.With computer numerical simulation technology as technical support,data collection,theoretical research,on-site testing,and computer numerical simulation are combined to analyze the current influencing factors of rural residential wind environment from multiple perspectives and aspects.Based on climate conditions,On the basis of comprehensive consideration of summer ventilation and winter wind shelter,specific wind environment optimization design methods are proposed from three aspects: village planning,landscape environment,and architectural design,and provide certain theoretical guidance for the planning,design,and construction of rural residential buildings in the Bohai Rim region.
