During the operation of space equipment,due to the complex space environment,it may cause the equipment surface or internal static charge to gather,induce static discharge of space equipment,and seriously threaten the safe operation of space equipment.Aiming at the problem of static discharge discharge of space equipment for strong electromagnetic fields,the electrostatic discharge process under the action of strong electromagnetic fields was analyzed,and the electrical discharge mechanism was discussed,the static discharge simulation test system was developed in the space environment,and a strong electromagnetic field induced space equipment static discharge discharge discharge discharge discharge Experimental equipment and systems,a strong electromagnetic field induces metal electrodes and medium materials such as static electricity discharge experimental platforms.It analyzes the mechanism of inducing static discharge induced by strong electromagnetic fields,and summarizes the law of the effects of static discharge from external radiation fields and air pressure.The main research content and conclusions are as follows:1)The theory of strong electromagnetic fields induced static discharge was analyzed,and the influence of electric fields on electrostatic discharge on electric fields was explored,and the basic processes and factors of strong electromagnetic field induced static discharge were analyzed.The strong electromagnetic field caused the medium material electric field to distort it,and the static yard effects between the electrical electrodes had a field superposition effect,resulting in an increase in the electric field in the space,the space particles obtained sufficient kinetic energy,resulting in discharge phenomena.2)According to the characteristics of the space environment,the vacuum and plasma of the operating environment of the space equipment have been simulated,and the induced electrostatic discharge test system is developed under the action of the space environment.The vacuum system is used to simulate the low pressure environment,and the vacuum degree of the vacuum simulator reaches 7.7×10-4 Pa.The plasma source is used to provide plasma to the vacuum vessel.The simulated plasma density is higher than 1012m-3 and the energy can reach 3e V.The electron beam generation system is used to generate electrons in the cavity.The maximum beam density of the simulated electron beam source can reach100n A/cm2 and the energy is up to-30ke V.The high-voltage junction column is used to provide high potential to the electrode,and the ground withstand voltage can reach 50 k V;the electronic control system controls the operation of the whole experimental system.The test results meet the ECSS-E-ST-20-06C standard.3)From the perspective of the application background,the electro-electromagnetic pulse induction needle-board electrode discharge experimental device and the strong electromagnetic field induction needle-board electrode discharge experiment system.The experimental device can simulate various environments of space irradiation.The experimental system includes electrostatic electromagnetic pulse emission system,ultra-wideband microwave source,gigahertz transverse electromagnetic wave system,high power microwave radiation system,etc.,which can realize electrostatic discharge of electrodes induced by various radiation environments.4)The experimental study of electrostatic discharge induced by strong electromagnetic field is carried out.Through the experimental platform and the prepared experimental samples,the influence of strong electromagnetic field intensity,electrode voltage and other factors on induced discharge is obtained.The threshold and probability of induced discharge under different environmental conditions are determined.The method of judging the electrostatic discharge of the electrode structure induced by external strengthening electromagnetic field is proposed.The mechanism of strong electromagnetic field on the structure of space equipment and dielectric materials is verified.The law of electrostatic discharge induced by strong electromagnetic field is summarized,which provides technical support for the research of electrostatic discharge protection technology of space equipment induced by strong electromagnetic field.
