Dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)has been widely studied and applied in the fields of ozone synthesis,light source lighting,plasma display,atomic spectrum,etc.How to develop a dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)device to meet the discharge requirements of the micro atomizer is the key to the in-depth study of the atomization device.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the discharge characteristic of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)and a DBD device used in micro-atomizer.The main contents of this paper include technology and principle analysis of dielectric barrier discharge,simulation analysis based on Ansys dielectric barrier discharge characteristics,which is suitable for the hardware and software design of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)device for micro-atomizer.The technology and principle of dielectric barrier discharge are analyzed,the structure and equivalent circuit of dielectric barrier discharge applied to micro atomizer are discussed in this paper.For the study on the characteristics of dielectric barrier discharge,this paper do simulated analysis of electron density distribution for plate type dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)device based on Ansys software,such as the effect in electron density of plate type dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)device for different Dielectric barrier material,shape of exciting electrode,dielectric layer thickness,discharging gap and excitation voltage etc.parameter.The simulation results lay a theoretical foundation for follow-up study in structure of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)device.For the hardware and software design of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)device,taking STM32 microcontroller as the control core,we can adjust the pulse width and frequency of output waveform by controlling the SG3525 chip,and then control the IGBT by output waveform,so as to achieve the control of output voltage.Its hardware circuit mainly includes rectifier and filter circuit,Buck voltage regulator circuit,full bridge inverter circuit,pulse modulation control circuit,display circuit,output circuit and protection circuit.The software design mainly includes LCD liquid crystal display subroutine,temperature detection subroutine,frequency detection subroutine,voltage detection subroutine,the design of infrared remote control subroutine etc.Finally,the software and hardware of the system are tested.The test results show that the power output frequency of the DBD device can be adjusted from 5kHz to 100kHz,and the output voltage can be adjusted from 0 to 20 KV.The hybrid pulse modulation method based on MCU and pulse modulation control chip(such as SG3525)has high control accuracy,and the output voltage can be effectively controlled,especially apply to the dielectric barrier discharge of micro atomizer. |
