| As the Internet age progresses,people are increasingly pursuing payment methods that are quick,convenient,secure,and protect personal privacy.With the rapid development of digital currency,countries around the world are beginning to pay attention to this field and are developing their own central bank digital currencies.Digital Currency Electronic Payment(DCEP)is a legal currency in digital form issued by the People’s Bank of China,with unlimited legal tender,support for flexible coupling of bank accounts,equivalent to paper currency and coins,and can achieve controlled anonymity,effectively monitoring the flow of funds,and effectively preventing and combating illegal activities such as telecommunications fraud.Against the backdrop of a new global currency competition pattern,China’s DCEP has become a new focus of financial competition.In order to better popularize and promote the use of DCEP,the People’s Bank of China is actively promoting the research and development of DCEP and pilot projects.An important issue in this process is how to more effectively achieve the circulation,application and future development of DCEP,especially through research and analysis of the public’s willingness to use DCEP in the market circulation link based on academic and practical practice.This has a certain reference value and significance.This article adopts a questionnaire to study the willingness of ordinary people to use DCEP.First,by consulting domestic and foreign literature,analyzing the research conclusions of previous scholars,finding out the current research results and relative shortcomings,and determining the research direction,significance and methods of the thesis.Secondly,a comprehensive analysis of the development status and characteristics of DCEP is conducted.Thirdly,a questionnaire is designed based on consumer behavior theory and currency circulation theory.The questionnaire consists of three parts: personal basic information,factors influencing willingness to use,and willingness to use.The behavior preferences and influencing factors of ordinary people towards new payment methods are analyzed by structural equation models.Through the establishment of the index system of influencing factors and model analysis,it is found that the degree of influence of the willingness to use DCEP is in descending order from product,law and regulation,marketing policies,technical security,transactions and usage,cognitive dimension.This conclusion conforms to the fact that when the public accepts new things,they attach great importance to the characteristics of the product itself as well as the legitimacy of the product,which is the most basic premise for use.Finally,based on the willingness of ordinary people to use DCEP and how to promote the development of DCEP in the future,targeted recommendations are proposed from the four aspects of product,promotion,technical security,and laws and regulations.The research conclusions of the thesis provide theoretical reference value for promoting the circulation of DCEP in the market,and also have important practical reference value for accelerating the popularity of DCEP in the domestic market and promoting the sound development of China’s monetary finance. |
