Objective:Through the self-controlled trial of 1064nm picosecond laser and Q switch Nd:YAG 1064nm laser in the treatment of tattoo,to explore the efficacy and safety of two kinds of laser in the treatment of tattoo removal.Methods:35 eligible tattoo free subjects were selected. After signing the informed consent form, the tattoo was divided into upper and lower, left and right,or front and back parts according to the tattoo position of the patients. If it is divided into two parts, the upper part is treated with 1064nm picosecond laser, and the lower part is treated with Q switched Nd:YAG 1064nm laser. If it is divided into two parts, the left side is treated with 1064nm picosecond laser, and the right side is treated with Q switched Nd:YAG 1064nm laser. If it is divided into front and back parts,1064nm picosecond laser treatment is applied to the front side and Q switch Nd:YAG 1064nm laser treatment is applied to the rear side. The laser energy density is selected according to the patient’s age, skin color, tattoo site, skin thickness and color depth. When two kinds of lasers are used to treat tattoos, the spot diameter is 3-6mm,the energy density is 1-8J/cm~2,and the repetition rate is 3-5Hz.The interval between each treatment is 8weeks,with a total of 5 treatments. The color level of the skin lesions was determined by the photos taken before the first treatment and 8 weeks after each treatment, and then the efficacy was evaluated by the color fading degree of the skin lesions 8 weeks after each treatment, and the efficacy was observed and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results:1.Comparison of the effect of two kinds of laser tattoo removal:the total effective rate of 1064nm picosecond laser group was 73.5%,and the total effective rate of Q switch 1064nm laser group was 70.6%.There was no significant difference between the two kinds of laser after treatment(P>0.05).2.Analysis of the efficacy of two laser treatments for different times of tattoo removal:After the first treatment, the effective rate of laser tattoo removal in both groups was 11.8%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After two treatments, the total effective rate of tattoo removal in the 1064 nm picosecond laser group was 44.1%,while the total effective rate of tattoo removal in the Q switched1064 nm laser group was 47.1%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After three treatments, the total effective rate of laser tattoo removal in both groups was 61.8%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After four treatments, the total effective rate of tattoo removal in the 1064 nm picosecond laser group was70.6%,while the total effective rate of tattoo removal in the Q switched 1064 nm laser group was 67.6%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3.Adverse reactions:In this study, almost all patients experienced mild pain, transient erythema, and mild edema after receiving laser treatment. Most of the erythema, edema, and slight pain relief occurs after 20 minutes to 2 hours of ice application, and the scabs naturally fall off within about a week.In the Q switched1064 nm laser group, there were 2 cases of blisters and 3 cases of transient pigmentation; In the 1064 nm picosecond laser group,a total of 1 case of blister and 2cases of transient pigmentation appeared, all of which returned to normal after symptomatic treatment. All patients had no adverse reactions such as permanent pigmentation or reduction,scars,etc.Conclusion:1.1064nm picosecond laser is as effective and safe as Q switch 1064nm laser in tattoo treatment.2.1064nm picosecond laser therapy for tattoos has a definite therapeutic effect, few adverse reactions, and high safety, making it one of the treatment options and worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
