Nowadays,with the development of Internet technology,5G communication technology and the rise of the sharing economy in the whole society,the sharing economy has penetrated into everyone’s life,and the concept of sharing economy is more and more popular.With the continuous development of urbanization,community living has become the most important way of life for people at present,and with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous improvement of urban infrastructure construction,people’s resources also show a trend of diversification.However,at present,one of the disadvantages of urban communities is that the resources held by communities or community residents cannot be used for a second time,or the utilization rate of the resources is very low.Therefore,for these low utilization rates and the redistribution of idle resources,it is still necessary to continue to carry out in-depth research.Therefore,in the resource-sharing platform created by the community,the community manager or residents can put their idle goods and resources or services into the resource-sharing platform of the community,so that the community resources can be better integrated and the secondary use of resources can be convenient.What this paper considers is to integrate the small-scale idle resources in the community,launch a community small-scale resource sharing platform,combine the sharing of resources in the community with the economic benefits brought by these idle resources,and establish an optimal pricing model based on the Markov decision-making process,so that resources can play a greater value and create higher economic benefits when used.The proposal of this optimal decision provides certain income for residents who provide idle resources,and further alleviates the community employment problem to a certain extent.For residents who use community sharing services,this way can obtain more economical and convenient services from within the community.Specifically,the paper describes the decision problem as a Markov decision process.At each decision moment,the community resource sharing platform must select an action,namely a price,according to the current state and transfer to a new state.This new state will last for a period of time until the next decision moment arrives.There are rewards associated with any action that the community Resource sharing platform chooses in each state.According to the above model,in order to solve the optimal pricing strategy of the community small-scale resource sharing platform,this paper adopts Montecarlo simulation and value iteration algorithm based on Behrman equation to solve the optimal strategy.Finally,this paper carries out a numerical analysis on the specific problems of pricing the use of idle vehicle resources in the community small-scale resource sharing platform of "private car pick-up" community.The research results show that with the increase of the operating time of the shared platform and the increase of vehicle use,the income will be increased.Moreover,after comparing the optimal decision solved by the value iteration algorithm with the other three kinds of non-optimal decision,The establishment of small-scale resource sharing platform of "chauffeur-driven" community can better achieve the purpose of obtaining higher economic benefits on the basis of resource sharing.
