| Ultra-low-grade magnetite,as a characteristic mineral resource in Hebei Province, has been one of the main sources of iron ore resources in Hebei Province in recent years. However, due to historical reasons some areas belong to disorderly group mining, causing mountain cracking, collapse, landslide, mudslide and other related safety hazard problems, and the ecological and economic benefits are greatly impaired. In order to implement the requirements of the new development concept, restoring the mining environment and achieving "green water and green mountains" has become one of the important tasks of environmental restoration management in Hebei Province. The ultra-low-grade magnetite mine in Zhuangke Village is located in Shangyi County,Zhangjiakou City, which is a mining project formed by early open-pit mining activities due to disorderly group mining, which has seriously damaged the original geomorphology and vegetation environment, and Shangyi County has also arranged a mine management project for the area. Therefore, this paper takes this project as a case study to investigate the comprehensive geological environment management mode of mine abandoned land.Firstly,we analyze the potential geological hazards, ecosystem damage, surrounding humanities damage and land resources damage from three aspects: the environmental hazards and the urgency of the treatment of the abandoned land of ultra-low-grade magnetite mine;secondly,on the basis of the clear objective and planning of the geological environment treatment project of ultra-low-grade magnetite mine abandoned land in Zhuangke village,we draw on previous experience and explore the treatment methods that meet the actual situation of the area;finally,we use the system engineering theory and the cross-fertilization of various disciplines as the basis to develop a comprehensive geological environment treatment model. Finally, based on the system engineering theory,cross-fertilization of various disciplines, engineering restoration technology and engineering management methods,we attempt to build a trinity integrated management model covering three modules: disaster mitigation module, ecological engineering management module and land planning module, and establish an evaluation system for the effect of geological environment management and restoration of ultra-low-grade magnetite mine, using hierarchical analysis to provide a submodule for the effect of disaster mitigation management, ecological engineering management and land planning.Evaluation model was established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and weight is assigned to sub-modules of disaster mitigation management effect, the submodule of ecological engineering management effect, the sub-module of land planning effect and their corresponding secondary evaluation indexes. The research results can provide guidance and suggestions for the posterior and development of Zhuangke, and also furnish consultation for the future treatment of the same kind of mine abandoned land.It is a solid aid to advertise the geological environment management of mine abandoned land. |
