The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the special extreme training will have a significant impact on the physical and mental functions of people.Through investigation,it is found that the current studies on the effects of training on human physical and mental functions mainly focus on some pure physiological indicators such as enzymes and hormones.However,there is little research on whether the neural signals in the brain,the nerve signals in the limbs and some physiological parameters can be changed together by training.Based on this,this paper proposed a combination of EEG,EMG and functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)to evaluate the physical and mental functioning of special groups for specific tasks.Meanwhile,this paper studied the composite evaluation of physical and mental functioning from four dimensions: motor executive,motor imagination,alert cognition and emotional cognition.The overall research work includes:1.Experimental scheme design and software writing: The main work of this paper is to study whether participating in extreme special extreme training will have a significant impact on people’s physical and mental functions.This experiment will select people to participate in the special extreme training before and after the participation of their physical and mental function tests.They then analyzed the effects of specific extreme training on them.In the experiment,we need to give the subjects some visual stimulus signals,and then let the subjects complete the corresponding actions according to the corresponding stimulus signals.2.Experiment and fNIRS-EEG-EMG multi-mode time alignment control technology development: considering the number of signals we need to collect is relatively large,and each signal collection is carried out on different equipment.Therefore,this paper proposes to insert the current absolute time label at the beginning and end of signal acquisition of each acquisition device,and also insert the absolute time label at the beginning and end of operation in the visual stimulus program.Finally,the effective data segment corresponding to each stimulus can be calculated by using these time differences and the sampling rate of each device.3.The experiment and data processing analysis: through the trainees to attend a special training before and after the physical and mental function tests found to attend a special training allows oxygenated hemoglobin in the people brains after deoxidization(Hb O2),hemoglobin(Hb),blood volume(considered)concentrations are rising,the three parameters of the average power spectral density in general also has a tendency to rise;The frequency activation component of electroencephalogram(EEG)signals generally increased significantly,and there were significant differences between the peak characteristic and the average power spectral density characteristic of EEG signals before and after the special training(P <0.05).It was found that the integral myoelectric value(i EMG)and root mean square value(RMS)of the trainees were generally increased after extreme special training.This study found that by participating in special extreme training can make people’s muscles become stronger,the brain’s metabolism will also increase,the activation of brain electrical signals increased.To some extent,it shows that short-term special extreme training can promote the body of trainees. |
