Object: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD),also known as ADHD,is one of the most common mental disorders in childhood and adolescence.Studies have shown that executive functioning is a core impairment in children with ADHD,and that deficits in executive functioning can affect children with ADHD in their motor performance, social skills, social reach, academic performance, and relationships with peers, and can also lead to children with ADHD having more emotional and social problem. In addition,The current study also found that children with ADHD had severe motor coordination impairments. It seriously affects the acquisition of complex motor skills and participation in sports activities, which in turn affects their academic performance, social development and daily life.Current exercise interventions have been confirmed to have positive effects on ADHD children’s executive function and motor coordination, but there are few joint studies on exercise interventions on ADHD children’s motor coordination and executive function.Based on this, this study explores the effect of exercise intervention on the executive function and motor coordination of children with ADHD,in order to enrich the means of exercise intervention for children with ADHD and provide information for the development of ADHD children’s executive function and motor coordination.Reference to the theoretical basis and practical basis. Methods: In this study,40 boys aged 6-12 with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,of which 20 were in the experimental group and 20 in the control group. The experimental group received exercise intervention for 12 weeks,3 times a week,35 minutes each time. The intervention content was an exercise intervention program specially designed for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The control group took regular physical education during the same time period and kept the original living habits.Test indicators: Executive function was assessed using the Brief-P scale, and motor coordination was assessed using the BOT-2 scale.Data analysis: The independent sample T test was used to analyze the data of the experimental group and the control group before the intervention, and the repeated measures analysis of variance was used to analyze the intra-and inter-group effects of the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention.Results:(1)The independent samples T-test results showed that: in the pre-test,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in executive function and motor coordination(P>0.05).(2)It can be seen from the results of repeated measures analysis of variance: among the executive function indicators,in terms of the total score of executive function, the difference between the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group is very significant(P<0.01);The difference between the test and the post-test was very significant(P<0.01);the changes of inhibition and conversion indexes over time were very significant(P<0.01)in the experimental group, and the emotional control changed with time before and after the test. The difference was not significant(P>0.05);in the metacognitive index, the difference between the pretest and posttest of the experimental group over time was not significant(P>0.05);among which initiation, working memory, planning, organization, monitoring There was no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in the experimental group over time(P>0.05).(3)From the results of repeated measures analysis of variance related indicators of motor coordination,it can be seen that in the total score of motor coordination, the experimental group has a significant difference between the pre-and post-test(P<0.05)with the change of time(P<0.05);in the strength and agility indicators, the experimental group There was significant difference between the pre-test and post-test of the group(P<0.05);in the physical coordination index, the difference between the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group was significant(P<0.05);in the total score of fine manipulation control, the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group There was no significant difference in the test(P>0.05);in the hand coordination index, the difference between the pre-test and the post-test in the experimental group was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the improvement of executive function in ADHD children is mainly reflected in the significant improvement of the inhibitory function and conversion function index of the behavior management index, and the emotional control of the behavior management index and the initiation of the metacognitive index, working memory and planning.,Organization, monitoring indicators improvement effect is not significant.(2)After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,ADHD children’s motor coordination improved significantly, mainly reflected in the improvement of strength, agility, and body coordination indicators, but the improvement of hand fine control and hand coordination indicators was not significant.
