With the development of my country’s economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the lifeline network is gradually built in every corner of the country.Pools and water supply pipe networks have become an important guarantee for the normal and continuous supply of people’s domestic water and industrial water..In today’s explosive growth of infrastructure, incomplete data and inconsistent basic data formats are difficult problems that hinder the progress of disaster risk investigation and key hidden danger investigation projects. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China proposed the"Technical Guidelines for the General Survey of Municipal Facilities Hazardous Objects FXPC/ZJ G-01" in 2021 to conduct detailed basic data investigations on domestic pools and water supply pipe networks. To solve the problem that the basic data of the earthquake damage assessment model of the water supply network do not match the census data, the census data in the municipal guidelines is used to establish a new earthquake damage assessment model for pools and water supply networks, thereby promoting the development of large-scale pools and water supply networks.Pre-earthquake prediction and assessment work and post-earthquake rapid assessment work. This paper has consulted relevant literature and materials, based on the general survey requirements of municipal guidelines, aimed at the earthquake damage assessment of pools and water supply pipe networks, through previous relevant research, investigation of historical earthquake damage data and their respective structural and functional characteristics, taking the city as the background, municipal Based on the census data of municipal guidelines,an earthquake damage assessment model for clear water ponds, water treatment ponds, and water supply pipe networks was established. The main work content and research results are as follows:(1)Through the census data of municipal guidelines, the impact factors of seismic damage of clear water ponds and water treatment tanks based on municipal guidelines were determined, and the historical earthquake damage data were analyzed and sorted out according to the impact factors of the two models, and the seismic damage database of clean water ponds and water treatment tanks was established.(2)Combined with the empirical statistical regression formula of pool seismic damage, multiple linear regression was carried out by the least squares method, and the seismic damage assessment model of clear water pool and water treatment pond based on municipal guideline census data was established, and the damage classification interval of the two models was given.(3)The reliability of the model is tested by the sample data of the test set,and the reliability of the two models is verified.(4)The influence factor of water supply pipelines based on municipal guidelines was determined through the census data of municipal guidelines, and the model was improved based on relevant studies at home and abroad, and a seismic damage assessment model of water supply pipelines based on municipal guideline census data was established.(5)Using the seismic damage rates of different pipe sections under different intensities obtained from this model,an earthquake damage assessment model of water supply pipe network based on municipal guidelines is established through the existing empirical evaluation method of water supply pipe network earthquake damage based on pipeline earthquake damage rate.(6)Using the pipeline historical sample data, the established pipeline seismic damage assessment model is compared with the existing pipeline seismic damage rate models at home and abroad, and the comparison results of the seismic damage rates of different models with different intensities under the same influence factor are obtained.
