At present,"resilient urban and rural" has become a research hotspot and future construction direction in the field of disaster prevention and mitigation in China.As the carrier of urban and engineering systems,the seismic resilience evaluation of engineering sites is an important part of the seismic resilience evaluation of urban and engineering systems.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a lot of research on the seismic resilience evaluation of urban and engineering systems.However,due to the weak research on the seismic resilience of engineering sites in the field of earthquake engineering,there are few contents of seismic resilience assessment of engineering sites in the existing seismic resilience assessment of urban and engineering systems.Therefore,the study of seismic resilience assesment of engineering sites has important theoretical significance for promoting the study of resilient cities and engineering seismic resilience evaluation.In this paper,the evaluation of seismic resilience of engineering sites is preliminarily explored,and the evaluation index system and evaluation method of seismic resilience of engineering sites are proposed.The main work is as follows:(1)The concept of seismic resilience of engineering site is amplified.This paper summarizes and combs the relevant research on the connotation and definition of resilience and urban seismic resilience by domestic and foreign scholars.On the basis of understanding the concepts of engineering site and resilience,referring to the definition of building seismic resilience and urban seismic resilience,the concept of resilience is introduced into engineering site,and the concept of seismic resilience of engineering sites is put forward.Based on the characteristics of stability and resilience,the influence of site conditions and characteristic parameters,seismic risk,seismic geological disaster,functional requirements of the site,seismic risk analysis ability,social factors,emergency management ability and other factors on the seismic resilience of the engineering sites is analyzed.(2)The evaluation index system of seismic resilience of engineering site is constructed.By analyzing relevant literature and national standards,consulting experts in the fields of geotechnical earthquake resistance,engineering earthquake resistance,urban disaster prevention and mitigation,etc.,the influencing factors of seismic resilience of engineering sites are extracted and screened.The seismic resilience of engineering sites is taken as the target layer,and the stability and recovery ability are taken as the criterion layer.The seismic resilience evaluation index system of engineering sites including 7 second-level indicators and 19 third-level indicators is constructed,and the scoring criteria of third-level evaluation indicators are given.(3)The evaluation method of seismic resilience of engineering sites and the seismic resilience grade of engineering site are given.This paper summarizes and compares several multi-parameter assesment methods commonly used at home and abroad.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is selected to analyze the results of expert questionnaire survey,and the weight coefficients of evaluation indexes at all levels are obtained.The evaluation process of seismic resilience of engineering site is proposed,and the classification basis of seismic resilience grade of engineering site is put forward.(4)The feasibility and rationality of the seismic resilience evaluation method proposed in this paper are tested.Using the established seismic resilience evaluation system and the given evaluation method,the site of the electromechanical industrial park in Zheshan Town,Zhenping County,Nanyang City,Henan Province,China is evaluated.Based on the seismic safety evaluation report of the engineering site in the industrial park,the specific information of each three-level index is obtained through the survey data.According to the index scoring standard,the total score of seismic resilience is calculated by combining the weight and score,and the seismic resilience level of the engineering site is finally given.
