With the continuous development of electromagnetic technology,a large number and complex types of electromagnetic equipment not only provide convenience for the society,but also bring an increasingly complex electromagnetic environment.Due to the invisible and untouchable characteristics of electromagnetic field,people can’t fully understand the electromagnetic environment,but as a result of the continuous progress of computer graphics hardware and the development of graphics theory,visual processing has gradually become a popular scientific analysis method.Therefore,it is necessary to combine electromagnetic environment and visualization to study.This paper uses the radio wave propagation prediction model to calculate the electromagnetic environment in the threedimensional scene,and then visually display the electromagnetic environment in the scene through the OpenGL image programming interface,so as to display the real but invisible electromagnetic environment in an intuitive form.For the visualization of complex electromagnetic environment,sample data will have an important impact on the display effect.The accuracy of visualization results will be reduced with insufficient sample data,while excessive sample data will lead to a long running time.Therefore,based on the digital elevation model,this paper analyzes the terrain and accurately quantifies the terrain features by using the terrain factors,then sets representative sample receiver coordinates for different terrain areas,so as to reduce the time and improve the efficiency while ensuring the accuracy of complex electromagnetic environment prediction.For the completeness of data,this paper proposes an electromagnetic environment interpolation prediction method.When the effective ray path and electromagnetic power data of discrete sample points are known,combined with the idea of ray-tracing,the overall distribution of electromagnetic environment in the ground area is calculated directly according to known information.Therefore,the complex electromagnetic environment can be visualized and displayed efficiently.In the interpolation calculation,this paper also proposes an accelerated algorithm,which improves the efficiency of ray-tracing and reduces the time consumption of interpolation by reducing the unnecessary intersection judgment between rays and elements in the scene.In addition,this paper combines the sample receiver coordinate setting method and the electromagnetic environment interpolation prediction method for interpolation calculation,and compares the interpolation results with the prediction results of radio wave propagation prediction model to verify the accuracy and efficiency of these two methods.
