| Oil exploration and development has gradually shifted to unconventional oil and gas reservoirs and offshore oil and gas reservoirs,requiring a longer distance to be detected,a more refined description of the reservoir,and the deep detection technology of the impulse sound source has the potential to detect these reservoirs.The receiving device is the core component of the impulse sound source depth detection instrument,and the high-performance receiving device can make the logging interpretation more accurate.This paper first introduces the basic principle of the impulse sound source depth detection and reception device,and derives the calculation method of the sensitivity of the impulse sound source depth detection receiving device.Then the numerical simulation of the round tube type receiving device,calculate its sensitivity size,and compare it with the actual measured value to verify the effectiveness of the model establishment.Next,the effects of the receiving device on the receiving performance of the receiving device,such as piezo sheet length,piezo sheet width,piezo sheet radius,piezo sheet thickness,metal substrate thickness,circuit connection method,and boundary fixing conditions,are studied.Finally,under the same conditions,the performance of the optimized rectangular and circular receiver devices is compared,and the receiving device structure suitable for the depth detection of the impulse sound source is preferred.The results show that for the rectangular receiving device,the piezo sheet length is a factor that significantly affects the rectangular receiving bandwidth,and the piezo sheet length increases by 20 mm,and the receiving bandwidth decreases by 9.7k Hz.Increasing the thickness of the piezoelectric sheet can significantly increase the reception sensitivity of the rectangular receiver device,and the thickness of the piezoelectric sheet is increased by 2mm,and the receiving sensitivity is increased by13.2d B.The reception sensitivity of the fixed boundary conditions at both ends is better,and the reception sensitivity fluctuation is only 10.9d B.For circular receivers,the piezo radius is a factor that significantly affects the circular receive bandwidth,and the piezo radius increases by 6mm and the receive bandwidth decreases by 18 k Hz.Increasing the thickness of the piezoelectric sheet can significantly increase the reception sensitivity of the circular receiver device,and the thickness of the piezoelectric sheet is increased by 2mm,and the receiving sensitivity is increased by 10.9d B.The reception sensitivity of the disk fixed boundary condition is smooth,and the reception sensitivity fluctuation is only 4d B.Compared with the optimized rectangular and circular receivers,the performance of the circular receiver is better than that of the rectangular receiver under the same conditions.The circular receiver has a large receiving bandwidth,reaching5 k Hz-35 k Hz,receiving sensitivity of-205 d B,and receiving sensitivity fluctuations of only about 4d B.The circular receiver device has the requirements of wide bandwidth,high sensitivity and stable reception sensitivity of the impulse sound source deep detection instrument,and the research results provide certain theoretical and technical support for the research and development of the receiving device. |
