The detection range of conventional acoustic logging is small, while the resolution of seismic exploration is low.The emergence of downhole impulse sound source makes up for the shortcomings of conventional acoustic logging and seismic exploration, and has obvious advantages for detecting geological structures next to wells. The downhole impulse source,as the acoustic excitation part, requires a combination of matching receiving transducers to enhance the efficiency of the downhole impulse source receiving transducer. Therefore, this thesis conducts a study on downhole impulsive sound source piezoelectric composite receiver transducer.Firstly, this thesis describes the basic principle and important research parameters of the piezoelectric transducer from the development and performance optimization of the piezoelectric composite transducer, and introduces the analysis process of the finite element method of the piezoelectric transducer;secondly, the piezoelectric transducer materials are PZT-4 and PZT-5H,the polymer phase is taken from four different epoxy resin materials, the thickness is taken from 5-7 mm,the volume fraction is taken from 10% to The polymer phase is taken from four different epoxy resin materials, the thickness is taken from 5-7 mm,the volume fraction is taken from 10% to 90%,and the external constraint is taken from four different constraint methods to explore the effect of different research conditions on the performance of piezoelectric receiver transducer. Finally, after the model comparison study,a 1-3 type piezoelectric composite receiver transducer structure is designed which is theoretically suitable for downhole impulsive sound sources. This new transducer structure is expected to provide better technical support for the detection of geological structures next to wells.
