| With the rapid advancement of the reform of energy production and energy consumption, comprehensive energy services came into being.Entities in the field of energy and power as well as non energy technology enterprises are actively transforming to integrated energy service providers. As the booming of integrated energy service providers, the competition in this market has become fiercer. What kind of co-competition strategy should be adopted among various subjects has become an urgent problem to be considered. Therefore,it is important to study the co-competition strategies between different types of integrated energy service providers under the environment of different types of subjects rushing into the integrated energy service market and transforming into integrated energy service providers.Firstly, based on the classification of the participants of integrated energy service providers, this paper uses the qualitative analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of the behavior characteristics of the participants of integrated energy service providers from two aspects of external factors and internal factors, and comes to the conclusion that energy production and supply enterprises, energy related service enterprises and non energy technology enterprises show different behavior characteristics in terms of price strategy,co-competition strategy, business adjustment, organizational structure adjustment and investment strategy.Secondly, using the model construction method, based on certain assumptions, this paper establishes the co-competition game model with three types of enterprises as the main body.By analyzing the replication dynamic equation and the evolution diagram and phase diagram of the game,it is concluded that the stable evolution strategies of energy supply and production enterprises, energy related service enterprises and non energy technology enterprises are(cooperation, cooperation, cooperation)and(competition, competition, competition). No matter what kind of co-competition strategy the energy production and supply enterprises choose, the following conclusions are drawn from the co-competition strategy game between energy related service enterprises and non energy technology enterprises:the cooperation benefit gain, the additional benefits obtained from the cooperative development of comprehensive energy service projects, the costs paid during the cooperative development of comprehensive energy service projects, and the amount of liquidated damages are directly proportional to the probability that both parties choose to adhere to the cooperation, and the time and relevant expenses incurred due to the termination of the cooperation relationship are inversely proportional to the probability that both parties choose to adhere to the cooperation.Using the numerical example method, the effectiveness of the model is verified by designing two scenarios:the evolution path of the strategy selection of the co-competition game with the change of different variables and the evolution path of the strategy selection of the co-competition game with the change of different cooperation probability. Finally, based on the case analysis and case analysis of this paper, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for different types of integrated energy service providers to implement co-competition strategies, such as following the principle of win-win cooperation, selecting appropriate cooperation mode, building a cooperation and exchange platform for integrated energy service providers, standardizing the entry criteria of cooperation subjects, establishing a protection system for technical cooperation and innovation, reducing the cost of cooperative development, improving the benefits of cooperation and establishing a reputation mechanism. |
