Invasive species can spread through various channels.If the prevention and control policies are not adopted in time,the species will continue to spread,which will threaten the ecosystem.Therefore,the analysis of invasive species is crucial.Although the current research on invasive species has a certain foundation,the visual analysis of invasive species data in the form of visualization still has certain limitations.Therefore,this paper builds a method that combines global invasive species data with visual analysis technology,and conducts visual analysis and exploration of invasive species data.The research will be carried out from the following aspects.Firstly,aiming at the complex problem of the data of the global invasive species database,we crawl the GISD database information through python,analyze and construct the website in format,and use the pandas library and numpy library to explore the obtained data according to the species name and each dimension data,so as to facilitate data analysis.Secondly,in order to solve the problem that the traditional heat map cannot accurately divide the local and regional distribution density of invasive species and the problem that the boundary is not clear and is easily disturbed by adjacent areas when analyzing the distribution of invasive species in a designated area,a clustering algorithm based on CFSFDP is proposed to analyze the invasive species.The heatmap involved in the visualization of species niche analysis has been improved to regionalize the overall distribution,making it easier to analyze the details of the areas where invasive species are most densely distributed.At the same time,in order to fully and accurately reflect the specific distribution status of a certain area of the heatmap,a form of adding markers of the exact distribution number of species to the current research area is introduced.Combined with interactive visualization technology,it is possible to designate a certain area for invasive species analysis and analyze other areas.Hidden to eliminate interference from adjacent regions in the analysis,thereby improving the accuracy of regional complex spatiotemporal data distribution of invasive species and improving system performance.Thirdly,aiming at the problem that the association between attributes is split in the process of visual analysis of multi-dimensional data,a multi-view coordinated global invasive species visual analysis system is constructed.Aiming at the performance of multigranularity visual analysis of invasive species,a visual display form of map linkage with sunrise map and bubble map is designed to improve the depth and intuition of visual analysis.Based on different temporal granularity and spatial granularity,a variety of visual analysis views are designed,and a visual analysis method combining time and space is proposed,which can visually analyze global invasive species from multiple perspectives such as species,country and various dimensions.Finally,the niche analysis was carried out for all species under Myrtle fused with GISD and external data,and a variety of visualization forms were constructed.Overlapping characteristics studies and prediction of potential distribution ranges are critical for further monitoring of invasive species in their native and invasive sites to prevent serious threats to native organisms.
