| Information has become the key word of today’s era,and every change of the era is intertwined with countless bits.The importance of information science with information as the main research object has become particularly prominent today.But what is information? How is information generated and evolved? How to understand information in information science? These questions have never been convincingly answered.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper explores the philosophical ontological commitment of information and its mathematical structure,hoping to answer the question of the philosophical ontological commitment of information science.Firstly,this paper analyzes the philosophical ontological commitment of information,arguing that information is composed of four mutually other subsystems,namely symbolic expression,human needs and purposes,basic principles,and time presented by the continuous improvement of formal structure.Nonlinear complexity structure.Using the basic principles of linguistics,this paper argues that the relationship between these four subsystems is the extension of the structural segment relationship and the highlight of the aggregate relationship.The four subsystems inside the information are nonlinear,showing a complex relationship,which is the focus of our attention.It can be either dissipative structure,synergy,hyperloop,fractal geometry Learned.This complex relationship highlighted among the four subsystems of information is the philosophical connotation of information.Second,how to understand the evolution of information?
