For thousands of years, the origin of life, the nature of life, the metabolism of life, the origin of emotion and consciousness, biological diversity and evolution laws are all the problems that always perplex human mind. In this special field of biology, based on the reduction logic the past people try to use the way of splitting method in physical, chemical field to restore life by splitting life into a plurality of portions. Indeed, they may have achieved success, but the practice significantly destroyed the organic and activity of life. Of course, this approach also is difficult to solve the mysteries of life.A viewpoint in this paper is raised that everything in the world is based on the information reality or information process in which a steady pattern is continuously evolving and being seeking. The whole universe is just a communal, organic, functional, multi-hierarchical, self-training, evolving, self-pattern emerging from limitless network. A dynamical equation that describes how the information reality or information process creates the whole universe is raised in this paper. As the information reality in limitless network forms steady pattern to prove the existence of itself through unceasingly grabbing information and unerringly mutually referencing, the equation also describes the process of conformation and evolution of real world, which obviously fulfills the Maximum Generalized Information Entropy Principle (or Maximum Flux Principle, MFP). As a part or section of the whole picture of the isomorphic and holographic world, life system is also a generalized living body that maximally gathers generalized information flux to generate itself and evolve continuously. This is the essence of the complex life system. With the dynamical equation of the generation and evolution of life system, a theory framework is accordingly built up.Basing on the explaining of MFP theory of life system, through quantitative methods, by reconstructing the kinetics process of the fractal dimension of protein molecules, it reveals the connotation and evolution of fractal dimension of protein molecules, which also has guiding significance for the other life system model. In addition, this paper we also developed a specific algorithm, we try to solve the dynamics evolution equations of complex system through the Self-Organizing Feather Map in artificial neural network provided by Matlab platform, namely the use of grasping element to reconstruct the complex system, establishing a new world outlook and the theory of complex system simulation method. In this paper, we take the microbial ecosystem and shrimp in Taihu as an example as the self-emergence steady pattern which is rebuilt through grabbing agents in complex system, we try to make the simulation analysis on the overall structure of pattern evolution. Using this method, a forecast of the structural evolution of all complex system including life system could be made and the trend of development could be understood in a certain extent. Finally, we discuss the other related issues on the life such as the origin of the universal, substance and consciousness, hoping to make the people have more profound perception and experience on the understanding of life.
