Alveoli are the main places of gas exchange in the lungs and the basic functional unit of the lungs.Fresh air from the atmospheric environment enters the respiratory tract,lungs,and eventually reaches the alveoli,through which it enters the capillaries and is transported through the blood circulation to the whole body.The carbon dioxide produced by histiocytes during metabolism is transported to the alveoli and excreted through breathing.The breathing process is an important part of human life activities,and Gas exchange in the alveoli is one of the most important processes.The study of the process and mechanism of gas exchange in the alveoli will help to deeply understand the alveolar function and provide help for the treatment of related diseases and the research and development of new drugs.In this paper,the physiological structure of the alveoli and their corresponding capillary are described in detail,the mechanism of oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange was introduced,and some reasonable simplified assumptions were made,and a dynamic model that was closer to the real situation that was closer to the real situation;second,according to the law of conservation and FICK diffusion,It derives the differential equation of the gastransmission in the alveoli;third,on the basis of the predecessors,it mainly derives the description of the capillaries that are more in line with the actual situation and easier to describe the capillary blood vessels from the perspective of the theoretical theory in engineering thermal physics disciplines.The differential equation of the internal gas transmission process;fourth,in terms of numerical calculations,the gase flow in the alveoli is described by the ball coordinate system.The coupling calculation of the two coordinate systems effectively solves the difficulty of numerical calculations.Then compiled the calculation code.The changes of oxygen and carbon dioxide in alveoli and capillaries during human breathing are obtained through numerical calculation,The effects of various factors(such as gas diffusion coefficient,capillary blood flow velocity,gas exchange area,ventilation /blood flow ratio)on the transmission process of oxygen and carbon dioxide were further analyzed.in the end,the author prospects the future research direction. |
