The liver is the organ with the largest variety of substances and the most complex functions in the human body. The international academic circle has never suspended researches on the liver.Hepatic lobule is the basic structural unit of the liver and the place where the liver realizes all functions. Therefore, the research on hepatic lobule has attracted great attention. The structure of hepatic lobule is very special.Due to the participation of a large amount of oxygen in realizing various functions of the liver, the hepatic lobule has the dual blood supply of hepatic artery and hepatic portal vein, which can provide sufficient nutrients and oxygen. The change of oxygen concentration in liver tissue will lead to the change of the physiological state of the whole liver.Because the structure of hepatic lobule is very complex and the substances contained in it are also extremely complex, the change of any parameter may be the reason for the change of oxygen concentration in liver tissue.According to the structural and functional characteristics of hepatic lobules, the numerical method is employed to explore the transport process of oxygen in hepatic lobules, and the distribution and influencing factors of oxygen concentration in liver tissue are discussed.Firstly, according to the actual structure of the hepatic lobule, some reasonable assumptions and simplification about the distribution of hepatic blood sinusoids and cells are made;and on the basis of the mass transfer theory,a model of mass transfer in hepatic lobule is established.Secondly, the model was applied to analyze oxygen transport processes within the hepatic lobules, taking into account the arrangement of hepatocytes. The differential equation of oxygen transport in the hepatic sinusoids was deduced by itself;Thirdly,on the basis of the above model,The author has written the calculation code by himself. The distribution and change of oxygen in liver tissue are obtained through the numerical calculation, and the effects of different factors on the change and distribution of oxygen concentration in liver tissue are further analyzed. For example, blood flow velocity in hepatic blood sinusoids, permeabilities of hepatic sinusoid wall and hepatic cell membrane, and so on,all these factors will affect the level of oxygen concentration in liver tissue. Finally, the oxygen transport characteristics in hepatic lobules are summarized, and suggestions for further research on hepatic lobules are put forward. |
