As a typical process-oriented enterprise,the production and distribution process of iron and steel enterprises is affected by many risk factors,resulting in high cost and poor customer satisfaction in most enterprises.Therefore,the study of production-distribution joint decision-making problem considering the level of risk can make the enterprise effectively avoid the risk,and give the corresponding countermeasures for the enterprise to formulate scientific production-distribution plan,which has important practical significance for the further development of the enterprise.This paper takes a steel enterprise as the research object.First of all,this paper defines the main risk factors existing in the production-distribution process of process-oriented enterprises and the respective levels of each main risk factor,expounds the existing production and distribution mode of cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel in a certain iron and steel enterprise and the problems under this mode,and analyzes the causes of the problems,and then puts forward the improvement countermeasures of production-distribution problems considering the risk level.Secondly,aiming at the risk factor of production equipment’s running state,the maintenance strategy is put forward,which is part of the constraint to establish the production-distribution model considering production equipment maintenance.The confidence level is introduced into the two objective functions of the production-distribution model considering the maintenance of production equipment to construct the production-distribution model considering the attitude of decision makers to solve the risk factor of uncertain attitude of production decision makers to order delivery sequence.Thirdly,in view of the shortcomings of the traditional chicken swarm algorithm that it is easy to fall into the local optimal solution,the Gaussian mutation operator in the fireworks algorithm is introduced to design the improved chicken swarm algorithm,which is used to solve the production-distribution model considering the attitude of decision makers.Taguchi experimental design is used to screen the algorithm parameters and obtain the approximate optimal combination parameters.The test function is used to verify the effectiveness of the improved chicken swarm algorithm,and the decision model based on the cumulative prospect theory is constructed to solve the optimization of the scheme.Finally,the actual data of the enterprise is collected and solved by software,and three production-distribution schemes under different risk attitudes are obtained.The optimal scheme is obtained by decision-making,and compared with the original production and distribution scheme of the enterprise,the superiority of the proposed model is verified.The production-distribution joint decision-making method of a certain iron and steel enterprise considering the risk level proposed in this paper solves the benefit contradiction between cost and delivery time,and obtains the production-distribution scheme suitable for the enterprise.The method can effectively control the total cost and reduce it by 10.89 %.The production sequence and distribution sequence are scientifically planned,and the order delivery rate is increased by 44.45 %.It provides a reference for enterprises to realize scientific operation and management.
