Research On The Problems Existing In Government Supervision In The Development Of She Nationality Cultural Tourism Resources In Jingning She Autonomous County

After more than ten years of rapid development,Jingning's cultural tourism resources have been well developed.The cultural tourism industry has made outstanding achievements,and has stepped into a new stage in the scale and influence of cultural tourism resources.These achievements in tourism industry are closely related to the efforts of the people's Government of Jingning She Autonomous County to promote the development of cultural tourism resources,and the government's regulatory role in the development of cultural tourism resources is closely linked.But at present,there are still some problems in the development and protection of Jingning She cultural tourism,the core competitiveness of cultural tourism products is still relatively low,and the government's supervision in the development and protection of cultural tourism still has problems and deficiencies.Based on the research results of Chinese and foreign related topics,this paper first explains the basic concepts of ethnic tourism,tourism cultural resources and government supervision,then introduces the relevant theories of government supervision on the development of cultural tourism resources,and specifically studies and analyzes the necessity and main contents of government supervision on the development of Tourism cultural resources and related markets.Then,we choose Jingning County Government to carry out empirical research on the regulatory status of she tourism development.On the basis of previous research,we investigate the current situation of she cultural tourism development and the role of government supervision in Jingning,and analyze the problems and causes of government supervision in the development and protection of cultural tourism resources.We find that Jingning She Autonomous County is currently under the government supervision In the aspect of supervision,there are four problems:disordered development of tourism resources,insufficient supply of government public goods,insufficient publicity and market supervision.The main reasons for these problems are the weak sense of government service,the imperfect supply of legal system,the limitation of decision-maker's ability level and the insufficient implementation of supervision system.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further play a positive role:first,strengthen the government's macro management of tourism resources;second,strengthen the government's service efficiency;third,increase the implementation of tourism publicity;fourth,promote the reform of tourism resources development and management system.The research in this paper can further tap cultural tourism resources,promote the development of cultural tourism industry to provide a reference,which has a certain practical significance.
