Decision making problems in real word are often simplified to the those of selecting the optimal one from a set of alternatives.Due to the complexity of the decision-making problems,it may be difficult for a single decision maker to consider every aspect of problems,so it’s necessary to invite a group of experts to make decision. The Analytic Hierarchy Process provides a tool for group decision making, where the opinions of decision makers are expressed as preference relations based on pairwise comparison of alternatives.Considering the complexity of decision environment and uncertainty of human cognition,it’s more rational to use the uncertain numbers, such as fuzzy numbers,to represent decision information. This thesis investigates the situation of additively reciprocal property breaking for fuzzy preference relations and establishes a decisionmaking model. Moreover, when decision information is expressed as intuitionistic additive fuzzy numbers and intuitionistic multiplicative fuzzy numbers, the intelligent group decision making models are constructed. The main works and results are as follows:(1)The concept of additively reciprocal property breaking for fuzzy preference relations is provided and the transformation relation is constructed among fuzzy preference relations, interval additive reciprocal preference relations and intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations.By using the weak transitivity as the minimum requirement for rational decision, the generalized decision-making model is formed under the situation of different decision information.(2)By analyzing the shortcomings on the existing additive consistency indexes of intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations and considering the inherent property of hesitancy degree of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,a novel additive consistency index of intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations is provided.Based on consistency degree and consensus degree, the optimization model for group decision making is constructed, which is solved by the particle swarm optimization algorithm. The results show that the proposed additive consistency index is able to reflect the inherent property of hesitancy degree of intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations, and the formed intelligent group decision making model stimulates the discussion and learning process of decision makers.(3)By analyzing the shortcomings on existing consistency indexes of intuitionistic multiplicative preference relations and considering the inherent property of hesitancy degree of intuitionistic multiplicative numbers,a new consistency index of intuitionistic multiplicative preference relations is proposed.A multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the group decision making model based on consistency degree and consensus degree of the group. Then the effects of the parameters in group decision making model and multiple objectives on the final solution are analyzed. This paper develops the model and approach on intelligent group decision making under intuitionistic fuzzy environments,in which the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used as a tool.
