With the continuous development of my country’s social economy and the continuous expansion of urbanization,governments at all levels do not have unified standards and goals to guide the process of formulating spatial planning,resulting in various planning problems.Therefore,my country began to build a scientific land and space planning system.In order to assist the scientific and efficient development of territorial and spatial planning,research is carried out on the construction of the "One Map" platform for territorial and spatial planning.Based on the perspective of platform security and stability,convenient operation and access speed,Arc Map is selected as the mapping and data processing tool,Arc GIS Server is used as the GIS server to publish map data,Tomcat is used as the Web server to deploy and start the front-end and back-end services,and the Postgre SQL database stores business data and spatial data.As a map framework,Leaflet combines Leaflet-esri and Turf components to design and implement a "one map" platform for land and space planning.The research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Data integration and sharing.Integrate the basic geography,remote sensing and other resources of Anren County,integrate the data into the database according to unified standards,store it in Postgre SQL,build a "one map" database,and use Arc GIS Server to publish WMTS,Map Server,and Feature Server services for the platform to call according to the actual needs of the platform.and display,to achieve data sharing between different departments.(2)key technology research.Based on the map service released by Arc GIS Server,combined with Leaflet-esri and Turf.js components,the attribute identification,conditional query,and spatial analysis functions are designed and implemented;based on the surface/surface target topological relationship expansion model subdivided by the intersection part,the spatial query is designed An optimization module,through which parcel intersection details can be calculated to provide support for complex spatial queries and analysis.(3)Platform function module implementation.According to the previous functional module design,the map framework Leaflet and key technologies are used to realize functional modules such as resource browsing,combined query,spatial analysis,and multi-screen display,providing necessary data query,browsing,analysis and other functions to meet the decision-making of natural resources departments,Regulatory and approval business needs.The thesis has 32 figures,4 tables,and 80 references.
