Since entering the "new era",our country’s civil aviation transportation industry has paid more and more attention to the implementation of the "civil aviation power" strategy,especially in 2018,the Civil Aviation Administration of China issued the "New Era Civil Aviation Power Building Action Program",which pointed out: to build international competitiveness The networked airlines of China will strengthen the rulemaking power and the right to speak in the international civil aviation transportation industry,and cultivate the business capabilities that can lead the development of the world’s civil aviation transportation industry.But at the same time,my country’s civil aviation industry is still facing the problem of large input and small output.How to get rid of high input and low output to achieve efficient production and operation is the problem that this article needs to solve.Therefore,this article analyzes the operating efficiency of my country’s three major airlines and 13 foreign airlines from the perspective of airlines,compares and analyzes the development status of my country’s airlines,and finds the factors that affect the operating efficiency of my country’s airlines.This paper chooses the DEA method and the Malmquist index to construct the input indicators with operating cost and available seat kilometers,and revenue passenger kilometers and revenue freight ton kilometers as output indicators.Operating costs mainly refer to employee salaries and benefits,fuel costs,maintenance and repairs.,Take-off and landing and other operating costs;available seat-kilometers represent the product of the number of aircraft seats and the number of flight kilometers,revenue passenger kilometers is the product of the number of seats sold and the number of flight kilometers,and revenue freight ton-kilometers are freight tonnages.Multiplying by the number of flight kilometers,the total operating income of the airline is represented by the sum of the two.Using Max DEA to calculate the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale technical efficiency and total factor productivity,the conclusion shows: the overall performance of domestic airlines is better.The comprehensive technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of Air China and China Southern Airlines are not lower than the average,and China Southern Airlines is even much higher than the average;the overall operating efficiency of American airlines fluctuates around the world average;the operating efficiency of airlines in other countries and regions In terms of total factor productivity,in the past10 years,the improvement of total factor productivity has mainly relied on the progress of science and technology;the final article uses the Tobit model to analyze the factors affecting the operating efficiency of Chinese airlines,and the results show that for the comprehensive technology of airlines Efficiency and pure technical efficiency have an obvious positive effect on unit employee income.The higher the unit employee income,the higher the airline’s comprehensive technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency;and for the airline’s comprehensive technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency The obvious negative effect is the operating cost of unit staff,which is manifested as the higher the operating cost of unit staff,the lower the overall technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of the airline.Finally,this article puts forward policy recommendations to improve the operating efficiency of my country’s airlines.
