Study On The Protection Of Cultivated Land Resources In Xi’an Under The Background Of Urbanization

Urbanization is an inevitable phenomenon during human social and economic development.Urbanization is not only the process that rural population flow into the city,but also a period when the number of cities increases rapidly,urban areas keeps expanding and various follow-by construction land grows rapidly.With the accelerated development of urbanization,cultivated land is greatly reduced,the resources is wasted and its quality severely degrades,farmers lost land have a substantial increase,It may affect China’s food security and social stability,therefore,research on the protection of arable land resources under the background of urbanization is particularly important.“The protection of cultivated land resources under the background of urbanization “in Xi’an as the core,this thesis studied cultivated land protection issue in the process of urbanization.First of all,through combing the research results of urbanization and cultivated land resources protection at home and abroad,it analyzes current research.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of developing urbanization and cultivated land resources in Xi’an city,predicts the developing trend of urbanization,conducted in-depth analysis on changes in cultivated land resources,conducts decoupling analysis on cultivated land resources and urbanization and explores its temporal characteristics.Secondly,the evaluation system of cultivated land resources protection and urbanization development are constructed,by using the projection pursuit model of genetic algorithm,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the two subsystems of urbanization development and cultivated land resource protection.The paper systematically combs the development trend of the two subsystems in Xi’an during the research and study.Then,using the coupling model,the two subsystems are included in the coupling research framework,and the coordinated development level of the two systems is analyzed.Second,from the driving factors of decrease in cultivated land resources,it has in-depth study of the impact of urbanization development on the protection of arable land resources,on the basis of summarizing the related literature and the development characteristics of cultivated land in Xi’an City,from both sides it analyzes impact of the development of urbanization on cultivated land resource protection.Finally,it uses the SWOT model to analyze the current situation,opportunities and development direction of cultivated land resources protection under the background of urbanization in Xi’an,and trys to build the protection mechanism of cultivated land resources under the rapid development of urbanization in Xi’an.
